hotel was spotless !! staff where amazing !!! the family room we had was perfect for having a baby with us !!! the spa facilities where great !!!! highly recommend the breakfast at loch Fyne we had it both morning and there was plenty to choose from !! would definitely stay again !!! cocktails wir amazing

The place was causy and nice. The view of the loch is very calming. The drive to go there is amazing. Really enjoyed the SPA and the pool. I recommend the salt room. Staff was very welcoming and respectful, and It almost never rains in Inverary😀.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were very attentive, food was amazing and view from front of hotel could not be beat! Spa facilities were very good too. We were travelling the highlands over a 9 day period and stayed in other hotels some with 5 stars. For the money paid this hotel and the services provided exceeded many others. We also stayed in the sister hotel the Balmoral Arms in Ballater, it was likewise a fantastic experience.

Some good and some not so good aspects. The staff and service throughout were excellent. The location and spa facilities also very good. The quality of the food also very good. We were there for our wedding anniversary and it was nice to have some fancy cakes in the room on arrival. Not so good was the room itself. There were bits of wallpaper slightly peeling on the ceiling and a few stains on some of the soft furnishings. The room was not of the quality I would expect for the price. Whilst I accept the service charge on dinner service I think it is a bit much to add a charge on drinks bought at the bar.

The location of this hotel is stunning. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel needs a little upgrading as in parts looks rundown. The beds were not the most comfortable. and pillows too hard.

Came here for a spa day with a facial and afternoon tea. Beautiful location and really nice spa, pool jacuzzi And outdoor hot tub with fantastic views over the loch. Very relaxing and such friendly atmosphere with lovely staff. I had a facial with Chelsea which was one of the best facials I have ever had. We also had afternoon tea which was delicious and all this for £99.00 a bargain. We will definitely be back.

A truly lovely experience. It's nice that a hotel chain takes staffing numbers and training so seriously. The staff were excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The food was also top notch and my fillet steak was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was very clean. The only slight annoyance was dogs in the restaurant. As I am allergic, I don't think that policy is particularly fair.
