Hotel berhampiran University of Highlands and Islands, Inverness

It was a beyond excellent stay at Ness Walk. The service and staff have been exceptional and warm. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Whenever we needed help, the staff were always really kind, warm and helpful. They've really created such a wonderful impression and we would only recommend Ness Walk to anyone visiting Inverness.

The hotel it self. Is just like any other. the thing that it realy good is the location. Right by the river.Just walk over the bridge and you are in the town. The rooms, are big. Ours was nice clean comfy nice bath and shower kettle flat screen television.. Did not eat there but if you turn right out of the door across the road there is a fantastic bar restaurant food excellent it's called encore. Or walk over the bridge to johny fox's which is all so great good food and drinks and reasonable . Wouls stay premier inn again Jim

Do NOT accept a room facing union street ie main entrance. There are nightclubs and fast food places. The noise until 0300 is unbelievable. Especially friday and saturday. Go riverside ONLY

What a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - right in the centre of Inverness! We needed an early check in and the staff promptly attended our request. The bed is 5*, the washroom is also 5* level! Great experience and will definitely return on my next visit to Scotland and the Highlands!

Lovely nite stay at the Royal Highland Hotel room was lovely very spacious with a kitchenette included. Had a great nites sleep staff very friendly and helpful who also stored our cases for us prior to checking in which was great.

First the good. The place is very nice, clean and well appointed. Beds are comfy, curtains block the sun which is important in summer when it’s light out til 10 and the sunrise is at 5. Very modern, pleasant bar/lobby. Hotel smells lovely. Lobby has fruit water for guests. Showers are nice- although weird. The wall behind the glass is peeling but it’s sealed in so it’s fine. Hotel is close to the rail, a short walk. Now the challenges. While the staff was trying their best, this place has poor organization. You sit down to eat at the restaurant and if you don’t tell them to come take your order they may not. We did that, still sat for 20 minutes before someone came to take our order, took it, brought our drinks and then returned to say the kitchen had stopped taking orders because a large group was coming down in 10 minutes and the oven was too small. They told us we had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes for our meals. They refused to serve us, despite traveling with an elderly person who could not easily walk around the block to find another meal. We had to leave in search of food. This is despite having asked the day before if we needed to book our meal. We were emphatically told no, even though they had clearly already booked the other large group for a meal, and the kitchen could not service more people. This is what I mean my poorly organized. The kitchen had not communicated with the staff, so they gave the wrong information. Also, despite checking ahead several times and being told we could sleep 3 in one of the rooms, when we arrived we learned we could not. We were traveling with our son, making this difficult. Then, we took a third room but they booked it far from the other. We then discovered our third room had adjoining doors- so we asked to move my son to the adjoining room. They did, but that’s something they should have known and arranged first. There is just little thought on customer service here. Overall would not stay here again.

The venue is super nice, location is super close to everything, the venue is clean! I had just an issue in which one of the days i asked my room to be cleaned but they didnt do it because it seemed there was a miscommunication when saying my room number (english is not my first language) but the staff was very nice and made the best they could to apologise for the inconvenience.

一路北上來到因弗尼斯，這個小城夜晚十分安靜，九點到達基本路上已經沒有行人了。 酒店還是蠻不錯的，像一座小城堡，內部衞生還是非常好的，房間也很大，設施稍有些舊，沒有usb插電藉口，不過自帶了轉換頭也沒什麼影響。 酒店的酒吧很有氛圍，吧枱服務人員是個會講些中文的帥哥哈哈哈^_^

Nice view from the room, and nice bed for a good night. The swimming pool is spacious, and the gym studio is well equipped. A few minutes driving to the town centre or the retail park is also convenient to do sight seeing or shopping.

Just a quick overnight stop. Hotel prices in Inverness have become silly. HIE had a good room available at a fair price. With a good breakfast - cooked and continental - included, you can't really go wrong. Friendly check in, everything you need in the room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
