Ulasan Casa Colney Hotel Ipoh

The hotel is just behind the KTM station less than 5 mins away, but I personally didn’t like the location as it’s away from the main area that you could easily walk and get a snack or something. Grab is super cheap though but I like to explore the area by foot than catch a ride… the staff at the reception were exceptionally good and helpful, including the cleaning lady - amazing. The bed? I’m glad I was there for only 2 nights cause there was clearly no cushioning at all - woke up with a sore body.

Brightly lit outside but parking was behind and dark with lots of stones , it’s located at the Indian area crossed the bridge from the town Center. It had strong Indian smell but once you enter the room it’s gone. It was a last minute booking so we just needed clean comfortable place to rest for the day and night. No extension of the hotel timing and deposit of rm 50 is needed to ensure you do not stain their sheets or towels. Overall not too bad for a quick stay with clean room in mind n comfort. Just it’s quite dark different from the pictures presented and precautions needed

Nice hotel, newly decorated, the room is very clean, I like this style very much. However, the map shows that it is very close to the train station, but in fact I have to go around a lot to get to the hotel because it is behind the train station. I need to take a taxi

Everything is new and clean. Smart TV, aroma diffuser, hair dryer, insect repellent plug, books is provided in the room. Lift that can fit max 3 pax. Complimentary parking located behind building.

Staffs at the reception were friendly. Knowing that we’re new to the location, was warmly giving lots of suggestions on where to go and what to eat. The whole check in and checkout process were smooth. Will definitely come back again

New Hotel and very near ipoh old town ,also have one male staff very friendly and nice,but room is very bad sound proof, frist day when I stay, there’s a technician drill something it’s very annoying and disturbed our rest, but for this price overall it acceptable

Staff is very very friendly. He helps us to park our car safely, even it was quite late at night. He always care for his customers. The area mostly consists of local Indian people/shops but so far everything was good. It just only quite sunyi at night but busy during daylight. The exterior was a perfect place for OOTD😁 More important, it took us only 7-8 minutes to Concubine Lane, 10-12 minutes to Canning Dimsum.

I am very satisfied with the services and cleanliness. You just need to put a small refrigerator for more convenience. Thank you.
