Ulasan 1969 D'Kelly Hotel

Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

All the food was delicious. The place was clean and comfortable, and we even got a free room upgrade.

The hotel’s design is thoughtfully done, although the bathroom is a little small. In the twin room, there were no plugs or power outlets near the bed further inside the room, so we had to charge our devices by the TV, which was rather inconvenient. What I appreciated most was the excellent attitude of the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. There was an issue with the airport transfer arrangement, but the front desk staff apologized and thoughtfully arranged some refreshments for us. That was a really nice touch! On the second day, we were pleasantly surprised to find a swan made out of towels in our room. Such a lovely touch!

This hotel is my 1st list when business traveling to Ipoh. Great location, quite, high security, clean room, comfortable bed. Variety breakfast to choose, another cafe located just beside hotel (own by the hotel group), business till 2am which is convenience when still look for some food midnight

Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best experience in Ipoh! We truly enjoyed our stay, with excellent service at the hotel and plenty of delicious jalan-jalan cari makan without a single complaint. 😍 I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was grand, with a great variety of delicious food and drinks. The staff were friendly, the room was beautiful, and I was impressed by the modern technology. For example, guests can use face scanning to access the room, in addition to the key card. They even have a music player built into the bathroom mirror! ✨ Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place I would recommend when visiting Ipoh! ❤️

Love the ambience of the Hotel. Clean Cozy Elegant with a touch of Modern Technology vibes. Personally liked Bluetooth mirrors and adjustable temperature controls inside the Bathroom . Friendly staffs and  Delicious meals are an added points for me

This was my second stay, and I felt the first time was better. This time, the AC in the room wasn't cold. They switched me to another room, but that one wasn't cold either. The AC was very noisy and still didn't cool the room.

The swimming pool they did not care got swimming suits or now some just wear casual and went in to swim

I really love the room. The bed was very comfortable with the nice pillows. Duvet cover is lovely with the hotel detailing on them. Well done management. The bathroom is big with separate wet bathroom. Toilet came with bidet and automatic wash machine control system. Breakfast buffet was really good spread and kudos to the f&b team with their amazing hospitality and services. Special shoutout to the staff Hattame for his great hospitality and service. Good ambiance too. Rooftop pool was small but it’s clean and overlooking the airport. There’s a lifeguard and staff around. On the other hand i was very disappointed with the cleanliness at the coffee counter in the room. Total disaster for such a brand new hotel. The dust are so thick on the fridge and all over the coffee cabinet. So disappointing and disgusting. Housekeeping manager or management should check on their staff works. Kettle was not clean properly and there is a left over water in the kettle, obviously not clean from the previous guests. Totally unacceptable for so call 5* hotel. Front desk staff was not friendly and gave me a fake smile and I was not feeling welcome at all. One of the female staff wearing worn out shoes and making so much noise while she moving around the reception which i find so annoying and what a poor grooming and service standard for a hotel. She not even smile at me while I was there at the counter for the check in. Overall I was happy with the comfort of the room and parking area was very convenient for me. Hopefully the management take note of my feedback and hope for the improvement of my next visit otherwise will be my last visit. Thank you.

Nice decorative hotel. Wow impression upon check in. The hotel room itself is lack of noise proof. The room besides me open door and the sound is toooo visible. Like people open my room door.

D'Kelly overall a nice hotel for our overnight stay in Ipoh. The hotel's beautiful lobby with a nice cafe/coffee house next door definitely inviting. The Standard Twin Beds Room was adequate, maybe a bit small for longer stay. Bedding & Pillows were nice & bathroom pretty good. The pool & chill out lounge on the roof top definitely inviting & great for family with children. Will stay again if I visit Ipoh

Extremely satisfied! My friends from Korea stayed here and raved about it, especially praising the breakfast as first-class! The front desk staff were very polite, and I loved the hotel's signature scent. I will definitely recommend this place to my international friends again.
