My first time with self check-in kiosk, found it easy and hassle free, facilities are acceptable like basement parking though entrance bit hard to go in with limited space and sloppy, coway water dispenser is available to top up, room and toilet are clean with towel, body soap, shampoo, etc, air conditioning is cool. The place is well managed and security is appropriate. Cleaning lady is helpful in getting extra pillow for comfort sleep. Overall satisfied and will return next trip.

Both the rooms and common areas are clean. There's a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, and kettles are available in the common areas on the 1st and G floors, so you can bring them back to your room to boil water. Getting a taxi right outside is easy and the location is accurate. There are also plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. I've been indulging in durians for a few days in Ipoh, and I'm very satisfied!

Is worthy to stay here. I love the cleanliness and new fresh room with aircon👍🏻 likely Guesthouse prefectly have everything needed, example drinking water, shampoo and body bath, iron, hair dryer, towels. The lack part was: toothpaste and a wash basin for plate (after use the plate)

Basic coliving quarter; preferably there are washer n dryer on every floor; likewise apply for water cooler; good kopi shops within walking distance for breakfast , especially the smoked duck wonton mee

Very clean unit and conveniently near to the Ipoh Parade and easy to find food. Quite noisy at night when there are other guests in the same unit. Sharing the same living hall and watching the tv till mid morning without consideration.

Very basic set up but it is very clean, neat and tidy. Location is excellent and within walking distance from Ipoh Parade, a shopping Mall. Beside the hotel there are also eateries so it is rather convenient. Self check-in is also fast and easy. It was a pleasant and value for money stay for us.

The place is clean and well managed. Self check in Malaysia is a surprise but works well. Each co living units has a few rooms but the main common room is well equipped with living space facilities. Location is also nice since it's close to the old town and everything is within walking distance. The parking space has tight entrance but could easily be managed by a seasoned driver. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and cheap place to stay

Newly renovated with great self-service check in system, though some details need attention. Overall, I really liked the newly renovated room. The self-service process is seamless, and the message guidelines are very clear—though the video quality could be improved, it was still easy enough to understand. A few things to note: Parking: The underground car park doesn't have a direct link to the main building (likely because it's an older building that was refurbished). Room Details: The bedsheets were worn to the point of pilling ,and the curtain holder fell off during my stay, possibly due to the wall material. Despite these minor maintenance issues, I was satisfied with the renovation details. Everything still feels very fresh and new!
