The place I’m staying is quite nice .There are plenty of places to eat nearby downstairs

The hotel was hard to find; I had to ask three street vendors for directions. When I finally got to the service desk, no one was there. The room's soundproofing was poor, and it had a staircase and wooden windows. The bathroom faucet was rusty and leaking, and the shower only had half pressure. I bumped into the step by the bed twice. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water or toothbrushes. There was a water dispenser but no disposable cups, and I got an upset stomach after drinking its water.

I did not end up staying in the room I booked. The room was stuffy and dump, no exhaust even just in the bathroom. I cannot cancel anymore so I just get an upgrade to a different room in a different building which was way better because of the high ceiling and big windows. I just wished there was a double lock. Location was on point though.

There should be some warning about steps down into the room. It was dark, the room lights were not on and my cousin fell down the steps because no one warned us that the room was set several steps down.

Strategy place, industrial style interiors, quite unique, basic equipment are complete However, I doubt the water quality is not that good, the bathroom and toilet should be not covered by half transparency curtain

Near to Ipoh hot spot to visit. Clean and tidy room. Industrial and near to bali concept suit our expectation. Peacefull and relax environment.

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

I have a great experience here. The location is very strategic and easy to access. Bilik bersih, toilet bersih.. kolam pun best

A really good and comfy place. Budget friendly

This hotel offers great value and is conveniently located in Ipoh's old town. There are plenty of local food options and cafes nearby. The hor fun soup at Thean Chun Kopitiam is superb. Additionally, there's a Patisserie Boutique café next door that serves amazing desserts and great coffee.

Very convenient place to stay. The amenities very basic one but it is ok, worth the price. The toilet kinda special, a glass one. More suitable for couple i guess. But overall it is ok.

Excellent location with all my favourite breakfast beside the hotel and Concubine Lane directly opposite it. The place is bustling in the day time (hard to find parking) and very quiet during the night (plentiful parking).

I have an unpleasant stay with this hotel , the hygienist was terrible especially the bed had bedbugs was bite me all night I couldn’t sleep due to too itchiness and wake up 4am went to reception but no one attend so I decided to leave the hotel early and give up my booking, definitely won’t book again .
