Nice and clean hotel, check in was only took 3 minute. Has starbuck in the lobby, asian supermarket and restaurants just 2 min walk

I have a special-needs son and every night or every other night I have to go down to the front desk and get a fresh change of sheets. And for me I feel like I am bothering the front desk by asking for a fresh change of sheets. But Miss Jody never hesitate and gives me fresh change of sheets. Every time I go down there with a smile on your face, and I really appreciate that. Her kindness and her professionalism is amazing and I just wanted to tell Jody thank you for making me feel comfortable here at the Marriott residence Inn John Wayne Airport. The maid service is excellent. The rooms are amazing The maid service is 100% quality. Just everything about this place is amazing and I want to thank everybody that works here. The Hotel is great! The staff is great except for Monique. I arrived at the AC Hotel in Irvine around 1pm. I walked in, greeted Monique and said, I would like to check in please. Monique said, hello and , there are no rooms available. I explained to Monique, that I am a titanium member of Bonvoy and I received an alert that my room was ready and, I was advised to stop by the front desk to obtain my key. Monique said, oh well our hotel doesn’t do electronic keys on the Bonvoy app. I explained to her again, let’s put aside the electric key. The app said my room was ready. Then Monique said, let me see if we have any rooms available. Presto!! Monique finds a room for me. She didn’t thank me for being a valued member or offer me my points as an amenity gift. She did notice that I stayed at the AC Hotel in January of this year. I definitely remember being treated better. It seemed like Monique didn’t want to help me. She was adamant that there were no rooms available. I’ll be back because I like the hotel and the area has plenty of restaurants. I’ll probably avoid Monique and allow someone else to check me in.

Nice hotel quiet and clean. Shower is great. Bed was comfortable. Downstairs had coffee. Just okay No breakfast Lobby and elevator clean. Charging 7.09 to park in an open parking lot seems like allot. But overall very convent location Close to highway

酒店乾淨安靜，床褥很好，有付費的早餐晚餐，周邊近機場，飛機聲音不響，不影響休息，出酒店門外沒有超市，得準備開車找遊玩，近uc爾灣大學
