Hotel Irvine dengan Kolam Renang

Nice and clean hotel, check in was only took 3 minute. Has starbuck in the lobby, asian supermarket and restaurants just 2 min walk

I have a special-needs son and every night or every other night I have to go down to the front desk and get a fresh change of sheets. And for me I feel like I am bothering the front desk by asking for a fresh change of sheets. But Miss Jody never hesitate and gives me fresh change of sheets. Every time I go down there with a smile on your face, and I really appreciate that. Her kindness and her professionalism is amazing and I just wanted to tell Jody thank you for making me feel comfortable here at the Marriott residence Inn John Wayne Airport. The maid service is excellent. The rooms are amazing The maid service is 100% quality. Just everything about this place is amazing and I want to thank everybody that works here. Have a beautiful day🌹🔥🙏🏿

The Hotel is great! The staff is great except for Monique. I arrived at the AC Hotel in Irvine around 1pm. I walked in, greeted Monique and said, I would like to check in please. Monique said, hello and , there are no rooms available. I explained to Monique, that I am a titanium member of Bonvoy and I received an alert that my room was ready and, I was advised to stop by the front desk to obtain my key. Monique said, oh well our hotel doesn’t do electronic keys on the Bonvoy app. I explained to her again, let’s put aside the electric key. The app said my room was ready. Then Monique said, let me see if we have any rooms available. Presto!! Monique finds a room for me. She didn’t thank me for being a valued member or offer me my points as an amenity gift. She did notice that I stayed at the AC Hotel in January of this year. I definitely remember being treated better. It seemed like Monique didn’t want to help me. She was adamant that there were no rooms available. I’ll be back because I like the hotel and the area has plenty of restaurants. I’ll probably avoid Monique and allow someone else to check me in.

1月2日在這個酒店住了4天。從介紹上看以外非常好，實際上酒店設施一般，也就是三星的標準，環境不錯,衞生還不錯，也符合這個星級的標準。

Location is good for nearby meetings, but a few miles from stores and restaurants. Room was clean and modern. A/C worked well. TV system was abysmal. Only truly annoying feature was hearing people talking in the hallways (at seemingly normal levels...not yelling). Room definitely needs better soundproofing.

可能我沒掛牌子，連續3天沒人過來打掃，最後一天和前台説了下，就過來整理了。 我定的queen beds，一家4口可以住，床有1.5寬。 酒店地處加州大學歐文學校附近，整體感覺偏。 停車費28美金/天

半夜竟然喇叭響起火災報警，所有人從樓梯走下去，然後一輛消防車來，我們在户外游泳池旁邊坐了一會，警報就解除了，沒有説什麼原因，應該是煙感報警吧！大半夜整座人被折騰一通，不知道那人有沒有被罰款！爾灣外賣竟然可以到1AM，快遞小哥可以直接送到房間，uber eat 和飯糰都超方便，不知道報警跟夜宵發達有沒有關係！沙發床打開還蠻大，睡一個人沒問題！早餐自選一個現做熱食+咖啡（飲料），差不多20刀的價值，大家自己看加不加！窗外景色不錯，泳池開到11pm，旁邊有乒乓球桌還有火爐可以坐者喝酒聊天，贊一個

房間寬敞潔凈，基本設施齊全。窗前長沙發上躺着翻翻手機看看書，觀外景都不錯。預定的早餐18美金標準的，是一份份稍有區別的套餐，有雞蛋、麵包或三明治，配些蔬菜水果，飲料。工作人員服務態度很好，熱情幫助我們這些衹會散裝英語的人。

還不錯吧，沙發可以翻出來做一張小童床，早餐還不錯（相對於美國的標準來説），最大的劣勢是停車收費28刀，太貴了
