2024年2月にこのホテルを予約し、その後公式アカウントよりチェックインなどのやりとりをした後、4月にここの公式アカウントよりメッセージがあり、メッセージがあり、それによりフィッシング詐欺にあいました。そこには、私の名前、滞在期間、料金が全て書かれており、すべての情報が漏洩していました。ホテル側の対応も全て受動的でこちらが連絡しない限り、連絡や対応状況もいっさい連絡がこず、挙句の果てにはフィッシング詐欺をやったやつが悪いの一点張り、結局キャンセルしましたが、この件でキャンセル料を支払わない代わりに、今後この件について一切請求しないと言う訳のわからない条件を被害に合った客に突きつけてくる自分たちの保身しか考えていない最低のホテルでした。もちろんこの件について警察に被害届は提出済みです。 I booked this hotel in February 2024, and after checking in and interacting with the official account, I received messages from the official account in April, which resulted in me being phished. My name, length of stay, and price were all written there, and all of my information was leaked. The hotel's response was all passive, and unless I contacted them, there was no communication or status update, and in the end they insisted that the person who committed the phishing scam was at fault. I ended up canceling, but instead of paying the cancellation fee for this incident, they presented the victimized customer with an incomprehensible condition that they would not charge me anything for this incident in the future. It was a terrible hotel that only thought about protecting themselves.
