Great service, amenities, and location! There’s a tour desk that can help with planning tours and the hotel has everything you need to have a great relaxing stay. I appreciated the little things such as disposable toiletries, cell charger, pajamas, slippers, small store, restaurant / bar, etc… the spa and bath is also located indoor along with an outdoor pool. We rented a car which helped get around the island and location is convenient to drive to the port to take the ferry if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

数年前にANAコンチネンタルのクラブ棟を利用させてもらい、全てにおいて夢のような滞在をさせて頂きました。 今回は一人旅ということもあり、少々節約してオーシャンウィングへ宿泊させて頂きました。 金額の差があるので、お部屋の中が多少差があっても仕方のない事ですが、スタッフのスキルがこれほど格差があるのはいかがなものでしょうか？ 同じANAコンチネンタルホテルですよね？ チェックインの時のスタッフは最悪でした。 とにかく、話がいつも中途半端でハキハキしない。 私が言ったことを復唱しない。結果、予約をお願いした件もとれていなかった。 他のスタッフはもっとスキルがあると思いたいですが、期待して意気揚々と伺っただけにショックは大きかったです。 私も同じサービス業をしております。 お互い、相手の立場に立ってスキルをもっともっと磨いていきましょう。

An extraordinary experience on a tropical island. I recommend this hotel for traveling with child. I stayed here for a couple of nights in August with my first grader. It takes 30 minutes from the airport by hotel bus. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the South Wing. The entire building is on the lower floors, so you feel as if you are living in a tropical village, full of extraordinary atmosphere. I got the impression that there were many guests with children. 　The rooms are spacious and new. The view of the ocean outside the wiindow is very nice. The bathrooms are clean. There are two washing machines on each floor, and laundry hangers are always available in the room, which is also very convenient. Amenities are simple but well stocked. The children's toothpaste was too bitter for my child. 　The pool is well stocked, including a pool for kids, and the kids seem to be having a lot of fun. There are several lifeguards on duty, which gives a sense of security. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing. It is deep enough for adults to almost reach their feet, but the water is clear and the small corals? It is clear, and the small corals are teeming with fish, so snorkeling is a lot of fun. Naturally, there is a lifeguard on duty, so it is safe. However, there are many coral fragments on the bottom and in the surf, so it is better to rent or bring marine shoes. After the pool and ocean, there is a large public bath. It is not that crowded. You can wash your body well in the solty. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast at Ryukyu Shintenchi on the first day and at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN on the second day. It is usually delicious, and the kids are satisfied with the fruits and desserts. For dinner, we reserved an izakaya in town for the first day and took a cab (about 1400 yen), but it was hard to get a reservation at an izakaya in Ishigaki Island during the high season after Corona. Cabs were also crowded, and it was hard to catch a cab, probably because it was far from the town. I was worried if I could really go back home, but somehow it turned out to be OK. We had a buffet dinner at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN in the hotel on the second day, and it was delicious. There was also an all-you-can-drink menu. Even if you stay for consecutive nights, you may not get bored with only the restaurants in the hotel. The South Wing is a distance away, so a cart is convenient to get you from your room to the front desk and restaurants. You may have to wait about 10 minutes for the cart to come, so it is better to allow plenty of time for the cart ride. The hotel staff is also very responsive. I am ashamed to say that I was careless and left without my card key and was unable to get into my room, but I called the front desk and they brought it right back to me. I called the front desk and they brought it to me right away. They responded with a smile even though it was a busy time of day. I really appreciated it. 景色が良く、サービスも至れり尽せり。 ロビーでのコーヒーのサービスや、大浴場での湯上がりアイスなど、主人も大満足。朝食、夕食の3つのレストランなど、とても美味しい。大きいホテルだが、エレベーターは2機あり、コインランドリーも十分。ポーターサービスはなく、ルームクリーニングはタオル交換のみにすると、1泊千円の館内利用券がいただけて、コスパも良い。車椅子の貸し出しを頼むと福祉協議会から、無料で借りておいてくださり、高齢の母の移動に助かりました。ビーチは遊泳できないが、ダイビングするので関係ない。きれいで過ごしやすく最高のホテルでした。

離島バスターミナル横なので、路線バスでの移動を考えている人は便利です。雨が降っても最短距離で行けます。人気の居酒屋ひとしやさよこの店も歩いて行けます。 古くホテルは生理的に無理なので、一番新しい美崎館を指定しましたが、部屋がカビ？湿気？独特の匂い（南国では仕方ないのでしょうか？）が辛かったです。窓を開けると虫が入るかもしれないし。 朝食は郷土料理もありましたが、パンの質が悪かったです。 大浴場を楽しみにしていましたが、年季が入ったお風呂でした。なぜか洗い場や浴槽下に小石？異物があって痛かったです。お湯がぬるくて気持ちよくなかったです。入り口の鍵付きのロッカーにルームキーを入れて入りましたが、おばあさんはそのロッカーに自身のスリッパを入れて鍵をかけていました。あのロッカーは靴箱ですか？（脱衣場には鍵がかかるロッカーはありませんでした）説明が書いていないので、何が正しいのか分かりません。気分が悪かったです。自分の部屋のバスタブに好みの入浴剤を入れた方がよかったです。 とはいえ、立地条件は良いので是非、大浴場のある棟を立て直して綺麗にすれば、一段とホテルの格が上がるのになぁと感じました。

The weather was not the best when we pulled up in our car but we saw that this hotel would be excellent for a longer stay in the warmer weather. It would be perfect for families. We could imagine how many fantastic memories could be made here. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful sea view. It had a large bathroom with separate bath and toilet. We played ground golf which we had not heard of before. It was so much fun even for real golfers! We enjoyed the gift shop and purchased the obligatory SPAM bag and some biscuits. The evening buffet dinner was such a surprise . We had a beautiful window table which helped as it was fairly busy. The food was outstanding. The choice and quality and presentation was totally unexpected. We are still talking about it and will do so for a long time. Breakfast was equally as good. Sadly we only had one night here. I am not sure how good the more expensive hotels on the island are but we felt this one was a winner for us.

One disappointment after another. It doesn't have access to the beach, you can't get into the sea, the hotel people tell you as soon as you arrive. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, on more than one occasion, they didn't even answer my son's greeting when he saw them, and he asked why they didn't answer. There are no restaurants for lunch, no cafeteria. They only serve drinks. The breakfast service is very precarious and with little variety. I wanted to ask for cutlery to cut fruit and they denied me saying they didn't have any. (but of course there are cutlery for breakfast, you don't eat with your hands, right?) I had to tell them this so they would go looking for a spoon reluctantly, if they gave me just a spoon. They don't make the room or straighten the sheets, nothing, they give you a 500 yen coupon to spend at the hotel that has nothing to spend it on. They don't even wash the glasses in the room, they leave them as is. Not to mention that they do not change the towels for the pool if you want you have to pay extra for them. The pool is low and in summer the water is hot. I do not recommend it at all if you can go to another do not hesitate. I stay in the new part of the building and it is quite noisy. The footsteps of the people above are heard. I think the only great thing about the hotel is the photographer who took the photos for the website, excellent job. I was really sorry to have stayed here for so many days, it was quite annoying.

攜程上clubmed的信息實在太少了，來更新一下。 這是一個非常適合親子的酒店 一日三餐美食和指定酒水暢飲:三頓飯非常豐富，最愛甜品區。 4-10歲小童俱樂部:晚上有mini club，還可以約很多小課程。也可以把小孩託管，自己去玩。非常喜歡kids club的員工，小朋友第一天比較內向，但是第二天就融入了。 Bar：任何時間都能去喝一杯的地方，晚上還有節目。 房間：太潮濕，睡的被子也是潮濕的，衣服自己干是不可能的，如果比較介意用公用洗衣烘乾機的，那隻能多帶點衣服了，有一台除濕機，但是噪音太大。 交通：去機場衹能by taxi 大概6500日幣單程，最近的匯率讓自己終於有了在日本叫出租車的勇氣。 出酒店活動：去了一個民俗村看了猴子，酒店幫忙訂的車，出租車費加門票大約1w日幣，還可以定跳島的項目，但是取決於天氣，所以盡量避開颱風季。 服務：這個酒店 check in環節是不看護照的，所以拿到房卡看一下是不是自己的名字，畢竟我們有太多同姓。第一天住了小半天才發現不是自己定的房間，這個小失誤比較不像日本酒店會犯的。當你把所有行李攤開再收起來是件非常崩潰的事。 吃飯的時候會有酒店staff來問你能不能一起坐，這是clubmed的特色吧，但是對i人來說怕是腳趾頭要摳出三室二廳了。 最後，回沖繩那霸機場的商店街非常好逛，我們衝去了奧萊，沒時間好好逛有點可惜。奧萊在那霸機場到達層3號門口的4番的車站，車票250日幣一人小孩半價，單程大概20分鐘。可以把行李寄存在機場的locker。 感謝Stella小姐姐，Ray。

大浴場のあるホテルで探して候補にあがり、総合的にみて決めました。通常はスパは有料ですが、部屋をグレードアップすると、スパも自由に入れるプランもありました。到着時からのスタッフさんの接客もとても良くお部屋まで丁寧に荷物を運んでくれます。お部屋もゴージャスです。スパも洗い場は5つと、湯舟もさほど大きくはありませんが、有料なのか、いつ行っても0〜２人です。ドライサウナと水風呂だけですが、受付の前に、スパ利用客にブルーシールのカップアイス(味は4〜5種類)の無料サービスがあります。夕食は洋食で「天」で頂きます。実は夕食はあまり期待していなかったのですが、クオリティーの高い料理は嬉しい誤算でした。ボリュームもあり、特に自分はソースが素晴らしいと思います。パンにつけるホテルオリジナルの黒糖バターは他では味わえない逸品。デザートまで一切の手抜きの無い繊細な味付けの料理は最高でした。朝のバイキングもとても品数が多く、どれも手作りで美味しく、5つの*料理から１つ選べ持ってきてくれるサービスがあります。エッグベネディクトを選びましたが、とても美味しかったです。ライブキッチンで提供しているフレンチトーストはお薦めの一品。EXESさんの朝夕食のレベルは本島・離島の同価格帯のホテルの中ではトップクラスだと思います。部屋、料理、接客と三拍子揃った間違いのない素晴らしいホテルでした。また沖縄に来る機会があれば再訪したいと思います。

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful property, delicious food, and excellent service. Our room, an Ocean View 2nd Floor, Executive Suite, 2 Bedrooms, was incredibly spacious with several closets, plenty of counter space, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the water. The front desk staff, Mariko Okada and Shuhei Matsumoto, were outstanding – knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. I contacted them by email before arrival and all of their recommendations and bookings were excellent. The hotel is well located – just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown and many of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
