Attended a wedding; property was nice - standard American style all-inclusive. Beach was lovely.
Food was extremely poor at all the restaurants, they couldn’t even make coffee right. The coffee shop lady microwaved my smoked salmon bagel, the teppanyaki chef cooked all the dishes with the same ingredients, buffet at the main restaurant recycled food through the day. It was concerning when a group of us had stomach issues. It was just really disappointing given the prices. Stay away from room service, it was so bad.
Our bathroom was moldy, the bathtub leaking and unusable, sink holder was so rusty it fell off.

Property was very nice. Pools, room and beach were great. Food was TERRIBLE. The reservation process for dinner was ridiculous. Restaurants are full every night or closed. Yet you go to the restaurant and every table is open. Wouldn’t go back.

Staff was amazing but the air conditioning in the room was not great it was warm throughout the day and would be cooler at night. I upgraded to premium alcohol but it was not worth it as there weren’t much places to access them. The tile in my room were damaged but not a big concern.

Came to Grand Palladium for a Wedding Site Visit. Property was incredible. Spa was amazing. Staff was super friendly, and helpful. The property is very large, and spread out. Getting Cart service was challenging. For anyone unable to walk up inclines take that into consideration. We will be returning in December for the wedding and very worried for our elderly guests getting to and from locations. Upon arrival we have several issues with getting checked into our room. The concierge was very apologetic and gave us a complementary boat ride for our group. IT WAS AMAZING!!! We intend to book the boat ride for our guests whenever we return, Danny was incredible! Looking forward to return, hoping check in and cart services will go smoothly next time.

Went during April 2024 for our friend’s bachelorette, absolutely loved our stay here. First we were greeted by Javier who helped us familiarize ourselves with the resort. He was so kind and even helped set up surprises for our friend during our stay here! She absolutely loved it and was a great experience for her. Big shout out to Luis and Ivan at the Gravity Bar, they were just immaculate, amazing. We love the vibes they gave out and they were so welcoming and friendly and we had to go back there just for them on our last day. Also Carlos the butler at the family selection pool was so great. He was so caring and friendly, and just made our day. I recommend this place for sure, you will have a blast here.

This property was more than we could have imagined. An immense variety of food and drink options.. even a week stay may not be enough to try all they have to offer. The resort is HUGE. With shuttle services they have to offer around it we still walked over 15K steps a day. That just shows you how much there is to see and do. It’s a newer resort so it is very very modern an up to par. Everything there is top of the line. If you can, upgrade to Family Selection for you to have access to the TRS section. There is so many more options and activities to do within the resort. There are water activities like jet skis and excursions sold on the beach as well and easily accessible to you. We ended up booking an extra night on our last night because it was that incredible. Bring your walking shoes with lots of cute outfits as you get a little bit of everything. Edith at the front desk was an amazing support system to my husband and I when we had questions and needed assistance. I can’t wait to come back!
