Hotel berhampiran Bambus-Zentrum-München, Ismaning

If you're looking for stylish comfort with excellent customer facing staff, this is the place for you. The place just drips style. The room has everything you'll need for a business trip - decent wifi, quality lighting fittings, a decent sized bed with a firm mattress, a shower with excellent pressure, restaurant and bar with good opening hours. The people who designed trhis hotelknew what they were doing. I'd seriously like to take this hotel with me on my travels.

Für die Messe musste ich außerhalb ein Hotel buchen da die Preise so schon recht teuer waren. Zwei Nächte hier über 200 € Messe Preis ist noch vollkommen in Ordnung. Von außen macht der Bau nicht besonders viel her, Der Aufzug hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt und die Gänge schmal und eng. Dann zum großen Erstaunen die Zimmer gar nicht so schlecht das Bett sehr hart es fehlt an nichts ein kleiner Schreibtisch ein kleiner Stuhl dazu aber und dafür gibt es auch extra Punkte, das Badezimmer ist neu gemacht siehe auch Foto. Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir an der Rezeption dass die Zimmer im Hotel vor einigen Monaten alle gemacht wurden warum man die Bilder nicht auch mal online hoch stellt ist mir ein Rätsel. Frühstückskaffee So viel man trinken möchte Croissant Salz Brezel auch zum mitnehmen kein super Luxus ich hab einen Joghurt gegessen ne Banane es hat einfach alles gepasst kleines Frühstück für wenig Geld. Das Hotel hätte von mir auch einen Stern mehr bekommen, wenn da nicht der schlechte Putzservice wäre. Habe gerade mal unter das Bett geschaut das gehört für mich einfach dazu unterm Bett liegen außer große Staubflocken auch Kronkorken von irgendwelchen Vorgängen das geht überhaupt nicht. Meine leere Kekstüte liegt immer noch auf dem Tisch wurde auch heute Morgen liegen gelassen also auch wenn es ein günstiges Hotel ist ein bisschen Service kann man schon erwarten gerade was Sauberkeit angeht nach den Jahren von Corona.

Hotel liegt im Industriegebiet von Unterföhring. Mit Auto von der A9 super zu erreichen. Edeka 50 Meter, S-Bahn fußläufig, Buslinie fährt am Hotel vorbei. Ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. RoofTopBar im Sommer bei schönem Wetter mit toller Aussicht. Hotel sauber und modern eingerichtet. Große, ebenerdige Dusche. Klimaanlage in der Zimmern. Hotelmitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend, gehen auch mal den einen Schritt extra. Restaurant im Hotel (Thai) sehr gut. Tolles Frühstück. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz am Hotel nutzen, rundrum ist eingeschränktes Halteverbot und das ist nur am Kreisverkehr in der Zufahrt zum Industriegebiet ausgewiesen. Keine Schilder in Parkbuchten extra, sehr irreführend, da man das Schild in der Zufahrt nicht wahrnimmt.

Schöne renovierte Zimmer im Nebenhaus mit Phon-Stopp-Fenstern. Gute Betten, sehr freundliches Personal. E-Ladestation in der TG. Völlig ausreichendes Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage. Mir fällt nichts Negatives ein. Gerne wieder.

The hotel tries to sell itself as a ”lighthouse in how to deal with people and nature better”. Sadly when I have been here, I have been mainly served by unfriendly staff. I don´t feel as if I am being dealt with well when I am here. Sadly when this happens it brings out the bad side in me. The decor of the hotel is nice. The apartments are well presented and are comfortable. It is a serviced apartment hotel and the hotel bangs on about being sustainable. Also on booking.com it advertises itself as having ”These rooms are equipped with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette including coffee & tea making facilities.” I would have the impression that this means you have coffee in your room. Sadly you don´t and the sustainable hotel which is asking you to reduce waste, charges €10 for 250g of coffee. You get enough coffee in the room for 2 cups on arrival but nothing is replenished. So you either go without or you are likely to waste the beans you aren´t likely to take home with you. Surprisingly the TV comes with channels. A similar concept would have been a TV where you are expected to provide your own services for. So good aspects but if you do like service, look elsehwere.

Easy check in. Very convenient location to the MUC airport. Family room is small for four with not much storage but clean and sufficient for one night. Airconditioning & wifi worked great. You cannot drive and drop of luggage right by the reception. It's a little bit of a walk around the house. approximately 30 meters, not great if it's raining. Expensive breakfast for the choices given. €10 for a continental breakfast with jams, cold cuts and boiled eggs plus some cereals, coffee, tea and juice.

We recently stayed at this hotel while we were visiting Munich for Oktoberfest. The hotel is out of the center of town so it takes a car ride to the nearest train station to catch a train to downtown Munich; but overall no more than 40 minutes to get to the center of town. There is onsite parking (no fee), as well as proximity to restaurants and other services (again- a car will be needed). Being on the outskirts of Munich the hotel is easy to locate and to get into and away from. The rooms are a bit smallish but overall were clean and adequate. A good daily breakfast was provided with fruit, cereals, pancakes and a few hot dishes. The service was hit and miss- especially at the front desk. We arrived late after a delayed flight and the desk clerk was waiting for us and got us into our room straight away and was very friendly. On another occasion we had been locked out of our room and the key deactivated- when we visited the desk the young lady barked at me “I don’t know you- we have no one by that name here- who are you”? She then stormed off leaving someone else to pick up the pieces…it turned out the reservation was in my wife’s name but the clerk clearly did not want to be bothered with us. This is a good hotel if you don’t want the hassle with negotiating the hassle of central Munich and is close to the main highway making for easy travel onwards.

موقع الهوتل ونظافته وخدمته اعجبتني جدا !… قريب على محطة القطار وعلى مركز المدينة. بالقرب منه حديقة جميلة وهادئة للجلوس ليلا والاسترخاء مع مناظر البنايات الجديدة والمصممة بشكل انيق. المواصلات ايضا قريبة وسهلة.

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.
