Hotel Istanbul dengan Sarapan

Good location and very good breakfeast, very busy hotel, stuff are good and helpfull. Just a problem with check in time it is streched to 2 pm, it is not convienient for families with young childern who may be travelling for long hours and need to settle and rest after a long flight.

Nasib baik, ia terlalu sejuk. Saya tidak boleh menaikkan suhu. Saya hanya mampu menurunkannya. Tiada air di bawah sinki. Ia mengambil masa beberapa jam untuk mencuci tangan saya. Tidak ada cara untuk mandi. Ia basah, kad bilik selalunya tidak boleh menaiki lif, jadi saya perlu menukarnya

Seven Hills Palace & Spa is a wonderful hotel! The service is personal and attentive, and the facilities are very beautiful. We booked a Deluxe Sea View room overlooking the Bosphorous and the outdoor pool on the ground floor, which was very nice. They also have a sauna and steam room available to guests at no charge for 30 minutes each day. Do remember to pre-book. The restaurant on the property is called Vitale and you will not get a better meal in Istanbul! The breakfast is also expansive and includes traditional Turkish breakfast dishes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the hotel is a bit over-priced for the accommodations. Our room was quite small and I had hoped for a balcony after paying a lot more for a Deluxe Sea View room. We stayed at another hotel in Istanbul that was half the price with same level of service and arguably better facilities, and also closer to the attractions in Sultanahmet. Again, I cannot fault Seven Hills for anything during our stay, but the price is very high considering the facilities.

Еще один хороший вариант в Стамбуле: почти на первой линии, но тихо, лишь изредка слышно звук трамвая. От ресторанов внизу тоже шума нет. При этом остановка трамвая за углом (4 остановки до станции, откуда уходят автобусы в аэропорт). Номер средних размеров, немного подуставший, но в целом его это не портит. Есть кондиционер, сейф, чайник с заваркой, две бутылки воды. Без кондея чуть прохладно. Кровать удобная, 2 подушки. В ванной хорошая большая душевая кабина, гель, мыло, шампунь, кондиционер. Отличный завтрак на террасе с видом. Очаровательные рассветы были сняты именно отсюда. Несколько видов горячего, салаты, маринады, оливки, маслины, фрукты, выпечка, варенья. Уборщицы очень шумят в коридоре с 9.45, даже разговаривают на весь этаж, несмотря на таблички не беспокоить, но в целом это мелочи.

Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. Morning breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Rooms are big with many kind of coffee and biscuits for free. Also available mini bar in room for those who they like alcohol. I am very satisfied give 10 out of 10 points

Di tengah-tengah bandar lama Istanbul, hotel ini agak baru. Beberapa bilik terletak di luar Gereja Sophia, istana bawah tanah terletak bersebelahan, dan terdapat restoran dengan pemandangan yang sukar dikalahkan berdekatan, hanya beberapa langkah jauhnya! Lawati hotel lokasi terbaik di bandar lama dengan berjalan kaki!

So lets start with the little positive the location is the best thing about this hotel, it’s central so blue mosque and grand bazaar are walking distance and a lot of food places nearby. ANYWAYS I would avoid the hotel, there are far better hotels across the road. First things first the lifts are so scary so small and claustrophobic god forbid if they were to ever break down, hallway’s lights only come on when you walk past talk about cheap skates, felt like house of horrors!!! We was given two rooms next to eachother another positive i guess anyways the rooms let me get started on them!! The corner room for me and my sister felt like we was shoved in the corner, the window was blocked behind the draw? The view was of a ugly wall so could see nothing, the room stank of old people and fags, my parents room was a tiny bit better, small for a double bed and a random pillar next to the bed made no sense, the view was also disgusting. Anyways next an alarm goes off and the bell boy asks us if we have done anything, running around confused?? So we didn’t know if this was a fire alarm or not but were left upstairs wondering to go downstairs or not ? It actually felt so scary i had a panic attack, if this was a fire alarm we would of all been left there! After this we requested mine and my sisters room to be changed as my sister refused to sleep there as she is disabled and found the room to be scary rightfully so, the receptionist miserable man told us ‘what’s wrong with the room it’s best room’ sorry?? You stay there then! Anyways he told us he was night staff and to ask morning staff he was just a waste of space and had a face on, really rude. Anyways in the morning the staff switched our room to the upper floor he was much more helpful and the best person there the rest god help them, that room was a bit better with front view but i must say the furniture is very dirty and looks overused, defo needs replacing but this hotel is too busy saving its cost, also lights and stuff only work with the key card in the slot another money making scheme and u get only one key card lol! Also another thing english here is like alien language most of them look at your face like your talking gibberish! I got unwell on one of the days and asked the receptionist if they had a dr again looked confused as if we was talking gibberish and then i just proceeded to find a pharmacist myself. The 5th floor seems like their executive floor idk who stays there but there lights remain on in the corridor funny enough and there’s no smell must be the owners whilst they leave the rest of the hotel creepy and smelly. Also the terrace upstairs is all closed off they have no bar or breakfast there they falsely advertised the terrace view with breakfast as it was all closed and breakfast was on the first floor. Breakfast was another problem, just bread and egg nothing else and the women making egg was rude to my father and said there was no more egg then continued to serve other people

I stayed in this hotel a total of 9 nights (3 to 8/11 and 12/11 to 16/11/2023). This is a hotel that has never been refurbished since it was built. The only change is the tv flat screens in the rooms. We spent our first night in a room looking at the main boulevard and decided to leave it because it was terribly noisy because of the traffic. The hotel owner proposed to move us in a room he called the number ”7”. All five floors number seven rooms are the only rooms looking at the back courtyard with no noises coming but they are tiny rooms suitable as single rooms. On our second stay (12 to 16/11), the hotel gave us a room on the 5th floor. It was opening on another street, just facing the main police station. It was a good room and we liked it despite the very old unfashionable equipment: bed , sofa, shower and tub. Breakfast was on average side though in good quantities. It was the same with a Turkish breakfast style. The staff in this hotel was very helpful and always ready to answer any request. The hotel was in a very central location where all transport means were at very short distances (less than 5 minutes walking): metro, buses, marmaray line... Sultanahmet and Haggia Sophia are at three tram staops far from the hotel. So is the famous Taksim area, accessible by metro and at 10 minutes ride from the main metro station: Yenikapi metro and Marmaray station. I wish that the owners of the hotel invest some money to change all the furniture and equipments in the rooms. But if they do it, room prices will certainly go up. By the way, we could have a good tariff for the room. Last, free WIFI is available in all parts of the hotel and in he rooms.

位於老城區，步行到清真寺衹有五分鐘。周邊有很多餐館，但酒店位於相對安靜的路上，門口有小花園，整體比起那些臨路的酒店安靜得多。房間比較小，兩個人的行李箱平鋪到地上基本上就沒有過道了，但乾淨整潔。頂樓的早餐廳是亮點，遠眺風景很驚艷。早餐也還可以，中國胃也能找到可吃的，衹是現磨咖啡另行收費。唯一缺點是前台服務沒有我們此行其他酒店熱情真誠，預訂的房間沒有了居然入住時都沒有告知，任憑我們在攜程投訴后才給我們換了房間。但瑕不掩瑜，整體還是比較滿意。

Amazing staff very helpful and cheery unlike the Crown Plaza at Old city. Room was clean modern and stunning view from 7th floor. Pool outdoors and indoors.
