I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Sirkeci. The hotel was incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms that offered plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my experience was the warm and helpful staff. Always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location is a major plus. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance to two tram stations, making it very convenient to get around. It's also close to the Bosphorus Strait, perfect for those who want to enjoy a scenic stroll or hop on a ferry. Another great feature is the on-site dining. The hotel has food and beverage outlets right downstairs, which made grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a relaxed meal very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in central Istanbul.

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Old Town. The location is perfect — right next to the tram stop and within walking distance to Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. Staff were very friendly and welcoming with their signature warm cookie. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. It can be a bit noisy if your room faces the street, but overall it’s an excellent hotel for exploring Istanbul’s old city. Highly recommended!

The location is good, the seaview is great,you can walk along the seaside (very quiet and beautiful scenary)! The service is overall good, and the yongman named Mathew at the concierge desk is great, he is very warm and helpful! We really appreciate his helps. We will come back, if we visit Turkey again.

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . Not a bad hotel, although a bit ”tired”. Good and varied breakfast, attentive staff. The impressions of the stay were spoiled by the air conditioner - the noise from its operation and the sounds of drips from the drainage prevented us from sleeping

The most important thing is the good location. The elevator can go directly to the shopping center, where eating, drinking, playing and shopping are super convenient. I must stay here next time. The shopping center is too close

Excellent!! The Staff were delightful and very friendly, offering us Free Coffee and also allowed early check in after we had an 11 hour flight from Singapore. Will definitely book again, room was also clean and location is very convenient. In addition Buffet breakfast is a must try!! Starts at 7am

Nice hotel is remote, but the subway station is very convenient in the past, hotel facilities and services are good
