Iit was my last nights in Instanbul and I wanted a nice comfortable somewhat luxurious hotel after having been in Instanbul for weeks and staying in budget friendly hotels with small bathrooms.
The Holiday Inn suited me perfectly and it's a 15 minute taxi ride to Kadikoy.

Everything was fine, without the temperature in the room. My expectations of a 5-star hotel are that I control the temperature in my room and not the hotel manager. We had 26 degrees (Celsius) in the room, which made us sweat and sometimes sleepless, after we had given ourselves presents, we were advised to turn off the air conditioning (only air), which did not help at all. Sleeping with the window open was impossible as the hotel is near a main road

Clean and modern hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has direct access to Emaar Square Mall. The bathroom was equipment with all amenities with a walk in shower and Barth. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I ordered room service the food was hot fresh and appetizing. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff and guest centered focus. Rooms are average sized but comfortable. Noce large bathtub with nice toiletries. Bed was comfortable as was the sofa for relaxing.
Main restaurant offered an excellent selection for breakfast, with indoor or outdoor seating.
Jiggers bar / restaurant on the rooftop is good with a great selection, large potions and very helpful staff. Nice cocktails - just the thing to watch the sunset over the harbour. Outdoor or indoor seating. Ouzo restaurant is poor and caters mostly for locals. Very smoky atmosphere pervades the whole restaurant, and there is only an electronic menu. Staff not very enthusiastic or helpful. Stick to Jiggers, especially if you are a foreigner.

Good location, right at Kadikoy centre where the action is, yet away from the crowds. Sound proofing to outdoor activities very good, so even the clothes vendors downstairs noises are not heard within the room.
Staff very friendly and I got free upgrade to a balcony room. Room is spacious too with daily cleaning.
Will stay here again next visit Istanbul.

Buem hotel Kosuyolu is really nice hotel ok the anatolyan side. Compared with the last time we were there the service on the breakfast was a bit better. Really happy overall with the hotel. It is really clean, the only thing that we had a problem with was the fact that we’ve received a room with two bads and we asked for a room with a king size bed, but they did not have any available.

The staff are very kind, hospitable people.
I think the location of the hotel is great. Reliable and close to kadıköy bull.
The bathroom design is very cool and beautiful.
What I can say as a problem is that I got the cheapest room. Unfortunately, there is no glass etc. in this room and therefore the room is very hot and breathless. I am sure this room is spacious in other rooms (with glass or balcony idk).
Since I had urgent business, I checked out of the hotel without staying. I don't know if I could sleep at night in a breathless and hot environment.
But as I said, this may not be the case in other rooms. They already informed me about the condition of the room at the reception, so I don't see a problem.
A quiet, calm, pleasant hotel.

I paid in advance for 2 nights as I had to check in at 8am on the 2nd day. Considering my booking started the night before, I arrived at the hotel after a long flight, expecting to be able to check in immediately. It ticked me off that the hotel has not prepared my room when I arrived. I was informed to wait for an hour for them to clean. They first blamed me for not telling them that I was checking in late even though I've already paid for the night before 2 weeks in advance. They only apologized when my face started to show annoyance. Granted, they offered to transfer me to another hotel which is around 15min away, but I declined as it was older.
While cleanliness passes the basic checks, the walls are very thin and I could hear a couple doing the deed very loudly (I can still remember the woman ******* like nobody's business and it disturbs me). Not suitable for families with children.

The hotel located in a good place which is very close to metro line. Rooms are clean and kinda spacious, staffs are friendly too. However the facility and the offerings are not enough. The hotel doesn’t let you feel like you are accommodating at 5 star hotel. The pool is super small and open only for ladies between 11:00-15:00 which is totally no sense again. Wish they could offer more for that high price tag. In 5 star hotel you get paper cup instead of a Glass/porcelain cup. Even in 4 star hotels in this zone doesn’t use paper cups. Sorry but my satisfaction level wasn’t that high because of price/quality ratio.

KKasterOne of the staff members was unfriendly and unhelpful. On our first day, we had to wait about 10 minutes at the check-in desk, even though three employees were present. The person who eventually assisted us didn’t even greet us—I said hello, and he simply asked for our passports. Later, this same staff member refused to call a taxi for us. Fortunately, another staff member was kind enough to help and called a taxi.
If you’re traveling with elderly people who can’t walk far and need a taxi directly in front of the hotel, I’d recommend avoiding this place. The streets are very narrow and often crowded, so taxis are reluctant to come. It’s especially frustrating when the hotel staff doesn’t assist with calling one.

The meeting was friendly.
When we had found in our kitchen no forks we ordered but the waiting time to fix the problem was too long.
Additionally, there were no spoons, no wine opener, no hair dryer
The room climate was a little cold.
In the room you can hear noise coming from the street even though we were living on the 27 floor.
Internet connection was unstable.
A bed in the bedroom was 1,4m but on Trip.com was stated that it’s 1,8m
No TV set in the bedroom
Because of the bed size we wanted to move to another room on the day however all the rooms we checked had smoke smell so we decided to stay at the room.
Swimming pool facilities not good. Need to be renovated.
The view from the hotel room was nice.

Happened with me personally I had no option but to pay extra 200 € at the reception. And I witnessed another family had the same issue. As the receptionist neither allowed their child ( which was already booked for) neither cancelled there booing, the receptionist argued that it’s not there problem but it’s the website issue.I do not recommend this hotel, as you can’t trust them while there are much more options around
