Hotel berhampiran Flora aquarium and pet shop, Istanbul

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable, les chambres sont jolies et confortables avec un style un peu ”vintage” appréciable. J'ai seulement regretté de ne pas pouvoir prendre un bon petit déjeuner. C'était en effet assez pauvre, et peu diversifié, mais j'ai quand même apprécié qu'ils aient trouvé une solution pour servir un petit déjeuner à leurs clients malgré la fermeture de l'espace petit dej en période de Covid. Le wifi est gratuit est fonctionne très bien. Le seul véritable problème est le bruit. Si vous y êtes sensible, prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir car on entend beaucoup les voitures, même la nuit. Mais honnêtement, à ce prix là, c'est largement convenable.

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast

Yeni açılmış tertemiz bir otel. İstanbuldaki resmi işlerimiz için çocuklarımızla beraber 1 gece konakladık. Mutfaklı odayı tercih ettik, odadaki koltuk açılınca 2 kişilik yatağa dönüştü, bu haliyle 4 yetişkin ve 2 küçük çocuk rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı yok ancak otel yakınlarında sokak kenarına park edilebiliyor biz de o şekilde yaptık. Fiyat politikası bu şekilde devam ederse her İstanbul ziyaretimizde bu oteli tercih edebiliriz.

The staff are serving only if you pay baghshesh, so no pay no basic services Also the hotel charge for your child! Happened with me personally I had no option but to pay extra 200 € at the reception. And I witnessed another family had the same issue. As the receptionist neither allowed their child ( which was already booked for) neither cancelled there booing, the receptionist argued that it’s not there problem but it’s the website issue.I do not recommend this hotel, as you can’t trust them while there are much more options around

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast is very good. The location is great. Walking distance to everything! Starbucks just there too. Everyone is kind and polite. Our room was lovely but toooooo small. Felt like I m on a cruise ship with that size 😅. They upgraded us to Bosporus view. Thank you we r grateful. I would have stayed longer if the room was bigger. We did asked to get bigger room but the price to upgrade was too much. So we moved to another hotel with bigger room. Free access to the spa. Steam bath, sauna, and the hammam but Idon’t know how to use it. There was no soap or scrub to use. Maybe people go there with their own shower stuff? Picture of our view 😊

Отель новый, чистый. При уборке номера, не вынесли мусор, не добавили гигиенических принадлежностей и не заменили полотенца, попросили это сделать, сделали. Номер премьер/премиум просторный, но ванная комната маленькая и дверь открывается прямо на унитаз, получить в лоб очень легко))) за ранее просили Ланч бокс, так как раннее выселение, но про нас забыли) позвонили - принесли.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.
