Ulasan Zelya İstanbul Flats

Everything was perfect. I enjoyed staying there. The host and her assistant are very nice people. Travellers should be able to walk uphill and downhill to reach this accommodation but it applies virtually to every location in Istanbul so it doesn't affect my positive feedback.

Since I have lived in one of the safest country in the world so far, that I was a little bit scared to stay there because the road around there was rough and at night, it’s so dark there. To be fair, I don’t think the location is that good, it’s far from the public transport. About the services, it was perfect, the owner was really supportive and her hospitality was wonderful. I had trouble with unlocking the key of my room door, which is totally my fault, but she helped me with opening it twice. She helped me a lot. Above all, I think it was quite a nice place to stay in.

the flat is located on hills, the way isn’t easy to walk . but I’d say the location is quite good as you could easily walk to galata tower and other places. If you can’t sleep in noise, wouldn’t recommend it tho coz it gets quite noisy as night. There is a cafe shop and supermarket within 4 mins walk distance.

Very nice apartments at the center location, cozy and clean, the view from the upper large apartment is fantastic. The hosts were very helpful and nice. Free parking was available around the building at any time of the day. I would highly recommend staying there.

I really enjoyed my stay in Zelya flat! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, 10 minutes walk to Istaklal street but far enough not to hear all the noise. I’ve read on the forums that Istanbul is a noisy city and prepared for the worst - took my earplugs and eye mask with me. They came in handy but I slept like a baby in this place. The room was clean, aircon worked perfectly, shower was great and, most importantly, the owner was very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended!

The service was very good. The person we had contact with was always friendly and willing to help. Apartment was clean. And in good condition. And safe to use

For solo travelling i highly recommended

半夜才到，房東給錯了取鑰匙的密碼，硬生生等了幾個小時....有點難熬:（ WiFi不大穩定，掉線頻次有點高，其他方面都還好。

オーナーがとても親切な方でした！ 部屋も清掃できれい、必要な物がおおむね完備されていて、不自由はありませんでした！（アメニティは持参が必要） オーナーと連絡を取ると、様々な質問に速やかに返答して下さり、こちらのオーダーに柔軟に対応していただき、有意義なイスタンブールの旅を楽しむことができました！ また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

깨끗한 실내와 친절한 호스트

Был в Стамбуле 2 дня, заселился здесь. Всё было отлично. Замечательная хозяйка, просторная комната, душ с нормальным напором, быстрый вайфай. Есть небольшие недостатки, всё передал хозяйке личным сообщением, уверен, всё уже исправлено, но на всякий случай возьмите маску для сна. Единственный минус - дорога до отеля, но если вы не против прогуляться или ездите на автомобиле - минусов совсем нет.

I booked room with 2 Queen beds, when I arrived found out there was 1 double bed in there. Messaged lady owner, she replied that it was only for 2 adults, when I replied I booked 2 Queen beds, because I have 12 year old boy too with me, lady said that there is a mattress in the passage I can use. It was late in the night , she said she will sort it out in the morning. We spent the night with myself on the mattress on the floor. In the morning she offered another room with sofa bed, which again was not convenient for me. I asked her to refund me remaining 5 night as I can not live here with my family, as I'm not getting what I paid for, she initially agreed to refund me 4 night even though I paid for 6 nights , and only used 1 night ( even that with me on the floor) I still agreed however, when she consulted someone (apparently her partner) she refused to pay. Today is 2nd July, my booking was till 6th July, I left the property, booked another hotel, and going to sort this out with ******* however, I wanted to leave this review, please be careful when you book, pictures of rooms are deceiving too, I am not sure how this property got 4 out 5, it is on the hill , forget coming with baby or elderly, condition of property is bad (minimum to say), Mould in the bathroom, and bad air-conditioning. Only reason she got 2 star for service that she replied to my message late in the night, although not a positive reply however a reply to say something. Area noisy in the night, rooms are not sound proof either. I read that she replies to each comment, and more than likely she will come with some sort of excuses but I just want everyone to be careful and do not waste your money. Usually I do not leave a negative comment but in this experience I'm forced to do that , and I do not want anyone specially with family to go through bad experience.
