Ulasan EA Exclusive Hotel

Staff were polite, but I don't agree with the overall rating the hotel has on here. First, no a/c control in the room. When asked why I was told "it's not really working". There is a growing trend whereby accomodations take the a/c control away to save money on electricity bills. Perhaps that's the reason why there was no a/c control. Second, my room was next to an internal shaft where pigeons where gathering, and I could hear them as my bed was next to the internal window. A simple net would solve this problem, and I suggest they fit one. Third, mediocre finishing with laminate floors, and L shaped room with very little usable space. Poor ventilation, made worse by no a/c. It's a cheap option but it's not a value option. If I pay for a room with a/c I expect a/c, whatever the price of electricity is.
