The blinds were broken, the panoramic windows were very dirty and the same with the balcony - dirty. However the room was very clean. I called the reception, where they offered me to change the room, which did not have the view that I had ordered and the hydromassage bathtub was broken; I did not understand the logic in such a proposal. I refused and asked to fix the blinds and wash the windows. I waited a long time, but in the end everything was done. Special thanks for the breakfast! He was fantastic!
