I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was disappointing from start to finish. First of all, the pricing is completely misleading: I simply ordered a soup and a pudding, with no prices shown anywhere, and was later charged €39 for it! The room was poorly heated, there was a water leak in the bathroom, and it was extremely noisy, being located right next to the elevator — I was woken up at 3 a.m. and again at 4:30 a.m. Had to claim front desk twice a a least 1 bath towel ( only a foot shower towel available during probably to a forget from the cleaning people's... but I got my 2 shower towel after 50 minutes as well . Breakfast was another disaster. The so-called “buffet” offered very few options, and half of the food didn’t even seem fresh. The main breakfast room only had four tables, and as the fifth guest I was asked to sit outside at 7:30 a.m., in a chilly veranda where the temperature dropped from 22 °C to 13 °C. I ended up finishing my breakfast sitting in the hotel lobby. In short, this place is overpriced, poorly managed, noisy, and deeply uncomfortable. A stay I will certainly never repeat. Not to mention that a seniors couple from China had a big argue as well with front desk early morning complaining.... for the same motive subject then I. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. J’y ai séjourné récemment et l’expérience a été décevante à tous les niveaux. D’abord, les prix sont totalement opaques : j’ai simplement commandé une soupe et un pudding, sans qu’aucun tarif ne soit clairement affiché, et j’ai découvert sur la note un total de 39 € ! La chambre, elle, était mal chauffée, avec une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain, et un bruit constant venant de l’ascenseur juste à côté : réveils à 3 h et 4 h 30 du matin garantis. Le petit déjeuner, soi-disant buffet, était lamentable : la moitié des produits n’étaient visiblement pas frais, et le choix très limité. Le comble : la salle principale ne compte que quatre tables ! Étant le cinquième client, on m’a installé dehors, à 7 h 30 du matin, dans une véranda glaciale où la température est passée de 22 °C à 13 °C. J’ai finalement dû terminer mon assiette dans le hall de la réception, faute de place. En résumé : un hôtel mal géré, bruyant, inconfortable et bien trop cher pour le service proposé. Une expérience à ne jamais renouveler.

Airport hotel with excellent breakfast in safe area only 8.6 km from airport. Room is small with large bathroom

It is located about 10min from IST airport by taxi (~$15), very convenient for overnight stay for transfer at IST. Save a lot (well covered taxi and local dinner) compared with hotel right at IST airport. We stayed in panoramic double room, which is quite spacious and comfortable. There was some noise from traffic outside but quite bearable. The breakfast was good (Turkish style). The kebab restaurant next to it was also good. Overall, it was a reasonable choice if you need a overnight stay near IST airport.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive. I would absolutely choose this hotel again. Everything was perfect.

Our check-in experience was absolutely dreadful. It was clear the front desk and a staff member were colluding, attempting to downgrade us to a twin room that was barely cleaned, stuffy, and had a foul odor, not to mention being 20 square meters smaller than what we'd reserved. We had to strongly insist before they finally gave us our booked room. All the while, they kept exchanging knowing glances, lying that the hotel was full and ridiculously claiming the inferior room was actually an upgrade. We saw right through their scam and absolutely refused to let them succeed. Only when they realized they couldn't fool us any longer did they reluctantly hand over the keys to our actual room. Thankfully, the barbecue restaurant downstairs was fantastic, and we even found some great dried apricots at the supermarket across the street.

Booked the “Panoramic Double Room” but got a room which looked like a single room with a double bed. Therefore the room was way too small and not comfortable to be in. After pointing it out at reception, they say it’s a problem from trip.com and I have to contact trip. I did that and they told me they called the hotel but the receptionist isn’t there and they have to call again in two hours. But two receptionists (the ones that checked us in and told us to contact trip) were running around the hotel. While waiting I checked reviews on Google and multiple users had this issue, so my guess is, that it’s a scam. They charge you the big room, give you the small one and when they have walk in guests, they’ll say they only have the big one and can charge that fee again Even after pointing it out multiple times to trip.com, the room names are still the same so please be careful which room you book and double check after going into the room and complain!!

Great location, very close to the airport. The room was also spotlessly clean. Overall, I was quite pleased.

Mandatory 5 Dollar cash tip for showing my room is not acceptable. At least they should warm guest about such costs or enable Revolut or card payment. The location is fine for transferring. Subway is far away, bus close but doesn't run early in the morning, Taxi will likely scam you. Every single restaurant around will try to scam and/or overcharge you if you are a foreigner. Even bakery shops charge 10-20 Lei for locals and 50 Lei for tourists for one tiny Baklava. The only reliable place is that large supermarket in front of the hotel with price tags. The hotel restaurant should also be avoided. The room was tiny and smelly.

Very happy with the service and price . Very friendly staff and you have shops, restaurants and 15-20 min drive to airport what do you want more definite coming back🙏👌

Lovely little hotel for an overnight before your flight from Istanbul.

My stay at Istport Garden Hotel was extremely frustrating and disappointing from the very beginning. When I arrived at the listed location, I discovered that the hotel was no longer active and had been closed for some time—with no prior notice or communication whatsoever. In a moment of desperation, my driver had to personally contact the property, only to be informed of a completely different location, about 6 minutes away. Understandably, the driver was very upset with the unexpected change and almost left me stranded. I ended up having to pay him extra just so he wouldn't abandon me in the street. Once I finally got to the new location, the experience didn’t improve much. Although the room was spacious, the walls were thin, and I could clearly hear my neighbors, making it hard to relax. The breakfast was very poor, with minimal and low-quality options that felt like an afterthought.
