For sure one of the best hotels I ever booked here. The reason that I could not give a full 5-rating is that the infinity pool has on the edge a lot of bird’s ****. Otherwise the room, restaurants, pool service, reception and concierge are on top level. Late check-out was approved with a smile. The only nagging: I asked for a quiet room, but got one near the hotel’s tennis court and a re-construction site.

Собираясь в Стамбул, наткнулся в рилсах на этот отель, заинтересовался и решил отметить там Новый Год 2025. Ни разу не пожалел. Потрясающая новинка высочайшего уровня. Эстетика и комфорт - это о нем. Номера, рестораны, лобби, территория - все на стиле. Рекомендую не проходить мимо кондитерской Magnolia Bakery, расположенной на территории. Там подают банановый пудинг, это объедение.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with professionalism and attention to detail, making me feel valued as a guest. The room was beautifully designed, offering a serene and comfortable atmosphere, while the lobby exuded elegance, enhanced by the exceptional service of the reception team. Special thanks to Burak Ms. Ayşe, who guided me to my room with great courtesy and professionalism, providing a comprehensive overview of the hotel’s facilities, upcoming expansions, and future events A heartfelt appreciation goes to Ms. Rabia, who went above and beyond to help me recover my lost bag from a taxi. Her dedication, persistence, and professionalism were truly remarkable and reflective of the hotel’s high standards. Also Atrem provided excellent recommendations for must-visit spots in Istanbul, adding extra value to my stay. The breakfast and lunch experience were delightful, with a diverse selection of high-quality dishes catering to all tastes. Velena restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a perfect start to the day, outdoor view from the restaurant was breathtaking, making the meal even more enjoyable area of enhancement found that the indoor swimming pool was unavailable due to construction, and the outdoor pool, though accessible, was not temperature-adjusted for guest comfort during winter . It would be ideal if these facilities were fully operational to enhance the overall guest experience. A special mention to Cüneyt the elegant and courteous Front office manager whose warm farewell and kind words left a lasting impression. Rixos is a true destination of luxury and excellence, and despite the minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend it

A gorgeous hotel surrounded by historical heritage. Looking forward to seeing the whole area turn into a beautiful destination in the next coming months! Staff are warm and lovely. A huge shoutout to Floresa from Room Service— she embodies each value of a true hotelier! Attentive, caring, and just purely world-class guest service. Would also like to commend Well Spa as I’ve had the most amazing massage by Dominica! Probably one of the best relaxing treatments I’ve had in ages. These two staff members need to be recognised! Food was also amazing and each corner of the hotel is a work of art. Definitely not to be missed whilst staying in Istanbul! Overall a lovely experience and I can’t wait to go back!
