Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Atatürk Airport

We needed a place to stay just for a few hours before checking into our other hotel. Firstly, the title is misleading as it is no where close to the airport, rather at least 30 minutes drive away. It's located in an industrial area with no other restaurants or shopping close by. I booked for the night prior and checked in early am after our flight landed. The security guy watched as we struggled with our luggage and finally attempted to 'help' by ramming our suitcases repeatedly trying to get through the door. Upon check-in, we discovered that a room was not available and they were no longer able to see our reservation. We called trips.com and the rep spoke to the front desk to see how quickly we could get our room. After an hour (and a not great buffet breakfast), we checked on our room to see that they still hadn't received an email form trips.com. Thankfully, we were able to get a manager who was super helpful and got us a room right away. The bed was filthy but we were tired and managed a nap.

Lovely and comfy room. In an odd location about half hour taxi from airport public transport not a viable option really especially with suitcases. Taxis will also try to hustle more money out of you so avoid toll routes if you can doesn’t make much difference. Breakfast was great good selection and alternate milk for allergy sufferers gym was small but compact had enough basic machines pool area small and no outdoor pool or sunbathing location, about 25 mins cab to Istanbul central.

Location: was not accurately stated in the directions tab, it says that hotel is 3.3km from metro station Yanimahllah, but in fact it is well over 15km and cost if getting to the hotel was much more then it was anticipated. As a solo business travel I would to add to the fellow travellers to be extra careful In Istanbul because this city is rife with trickery and small criminals they will befriend you nicely but their real aim to defraud you and they could even lunge on you if do not fall into their trap.

Hotel with good location, not far away from my business partner, so it is easy for me to arrange schedule. Hotel room is comfortable and good sight view, buffet breakfast also good.

The hotel is very nice and h the e staff are nice too. Mainly the dinner restaurant staff Ms Karla is smiling and helpful.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was good and of high quality.

The service in the hotel was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Only showers need to be a little more updated. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

Very beautiful hotel and nice outside view.

It is not near much and the restaurant has the worst service ever. There was no service at the bar whatsoever. Wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms were clean.

Love the tip top condition of the hotel clean n perfect. Only problem is transportation u have to take taxi n keep bargaining with the driver.
