However, we are truly sorry to hear about the dissatisfaction you experienced regarding the room category and related charges. Upon reviewing your reservation, we found that it was made under the classic room category. The room provided to you was fully in line with the reservation details.That being said, we always strive to go above and beyond for our guests and do our best to offer upgrades or additional services based on availability and guest satisfaction. The room category options we presented during check-in included an upgraded room, which, as explained, came with an additional charge. The extra fee applied was due to the difference in room category.We are truly sorry if this caused any misunderstanding or inconvenience during your stay.
