The location of the hotel is excellent, but we encountered an unsatisfactory experience in dealing with the reception staff, and their treatment was completely unprofessional, especially when the air conditioning broke down, as they asked me to spend the night and then change the room. This is non-professional behavior and does not come from an international hotel group. Overall, I will not stay at the hotel again and do not recommend it

Location is excellent near to Şişli, team is so kind

Terrible memory of staying in this hotel. 1, air conditioner is broken, called for front desk 2 times with no solution. Luckily the weather is not too bad. 2, clogged bathroom drain 3, late response from front desk, even asking for dental kit. Report a problem. You have to call twice. And wait 20 mins more. 4, my luggage was left outside and very close to exit door for temporary storage. very disappointing

感謝酒店的工作人員，特別熱情貼心。尤其是Dmier 和Adliang ，在幫助我們訂車去機場、景點等地方提供了大力協助。我不知道從哪裡一日遊，Dmier 幫我聯繫導遊，還幫助我協調修改，特別熱情。酒店有這樣好的工作人員，應該給他們額外的獎勵。 還有203房間的打掃阿姨，雖然語言不通，但是會一直關心我們需要什麼。太温暖了 在土耳其開會五天都住在這個酒店，設施雖然不是很豪華，但床舒服，服務人員温暖，感覺像在土耳其的另一個小家。

せっかくヨーロッパに来たので、本場のイビスに宿泊してみたくこちらを予約しました。お部屋はとても広く、旅の疲れをゆったりと癒やすことができました。おそらくクィーンルームかと思いますが、かなりベットが広めなので、一人旅でなくても十分すぎる快適さかと思います。特筆すべきは、朝食のバリエーションが豊富なことです。トルコ産のチーズも多数あり、パンと一緒に食べるとこれはもう絶品でした。客室、朝食ともに大変良かったのですが、立地がかなり厳しいです。ボモンティには多数、世界チェーンのホテルがありますが、どれも駅やバスから遠く、多くの坂もあるので、少し不便さもあります。しかしながら、エミニョールに直接行くバスやメトロバスに10分程度でアクセスできるので、坂さえクリアできればおすすめなホテルかと思います。周りも静かなのでゆったりと過ごすことができますよ。スタッフの感じも大変良かったです。また訪問したいです。

訂的大床房，直接分給了家庭房呵。服務態度好，住宿條件舒適我，總體很滿意。分了兩個訂單預訂，一起處理，無需中途退房。酒店旁邊souper餐廳也是客户推薦的，土耳其特色湯品 商務出行，首選品牌連鎖酒店！

Başta resepsiyon gorevlisi arkadaşlar olmak üzere temizlik personelleri dahil olmak uzere okadar ilgi alakalı davrandilar ki 4 gecelik seyahatimizde bizim icin mukemmel bir deneyim oldu.Konaklamamizda ilk dikkat ettigimiz şey herzaman temizlik ve hijyen olmustur bu konuda yuzumuz asla kara çıkmadı gercekten temizlik konusunda çok hassas bor yönetim 10 uzerinden 10 puani rahatlikla verebilirim.Odalarin kullanim alanida ***et mintazam ve yeterliydi.Tekrar konaklama durumumuz olduğunda düşünmeden yeniden tercih edeceğimizi soyleyebilirim

早餐馬馬虎虎，床很軟，但是水龍頭的水很小。

設施：較簡單 衞生：較乾淨 環境：一般，馬路對面是希爾頓 服務：還行 總體性價比適中，臨時過渡住住還行，邊上有餐館方便。。。。。。。

四星級，住宿和服務都不錯的。早餐新鮮度一般，昨天的早餐剩餘食物會繼續使用。周邊環境一般，路對面是個廢品回收站。去商場需要走一段路程，約20分鐘吧。位於路邊，開窗比較吵。
