Very far from all world but if you want relax in hotel they provide free sauna and all day free snack bar and coffee

I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place. The facilities are excellent, everything was spotless, and the service was also superb.

A truly satisfying stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, with easy access to public transport, and it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and the check-in process was very efficient. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding. The excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom featured modern facilities with a separate wet/dry area, and the water pressure was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, a good mix of Western and Chinese options, and tasted delicious. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Had to help knock this places rating down to closer to where it should be. Let me start by saying I own a travel agency and travel all the time and rarely write reviews, but this place is filthy. Would be a 1 or 2 star hotel in the USA, it does have a nice sauna and steam room area and the girl at the front desk was really nice (and cute), but the valet guy which is supposed to be free harassed me for a tip and acted pissed off when I didnt give him one at the end. I have never had a concierge at a hotel harass me for a tip before, especially when I haven't even finished my stay at the hotel yet. That was extremely unprofessional, but more than anything, this place is filthy and about an hour away from the main sites in Istanbul. Pay $20 more and stay at a. nice place in an area closer to the sites. 

This hotel was perfect for my exhibition trip. It was very conveniently located for the event, and the hotel itself has a unique charm!

In general, this hotel is good for business trip if need to work in that area.

We love this hotel Two hours far from Istanbul centre by tram Kemal in the reception is very friendly and supportive Sena in the bar service lovely girl , all other staff no smiling at all not like last year Thanks Mr. Kemal your smile face every morning Sana

The only problem i had is with the AC that only blows hot air during winter. so you have no other options to cool up the room but to open the windows, apart from that everything was amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are so nice and will always go above and beyond to help you.

Awesome hotel

Good hotel everybody can stay

The service was poor, the hotel was near the road and too noisy, and what angered us most was that the front desk staff actually gave our room number to someone else after we checked in, opening our room while we were still inside. We were terrified. Luckily we were dressed; otherwise, I would have called the police. When we went down to the front desk to complain, their attitude was extremely rude. They said it was a mistake made by an intern, questioned what we wanted, and that was the end of it.
