Bufes Hotel

Terrible. I turned up to be told that they had double booked my room and they could either refund me the money or I could upgrade to a bigger room for more money. This is an outrage, the hotels fault and not mine, I only agreed to pay the difference for the only room because it was late at night and I had nowhere else to go. The room was hardly an upgrade, it just had a sofa. Not happy with the people who ran the hotel, shocking service and you can hear everything that goes on in the hotel when trying to sleep. Would not recommend

Great service overall

I really like the room it's a beautiful old building with good energy Just it would be better to put white new clean plastic free curtains and there would be a cup I have a huge handicap..after i booked a second night i didn't feel so safe anymore i wanted to pay it via hotels here but it didn't work. shortly after i payed him ( he said cardreader doesn't work and i needed to give my last cash money i can't withdraw cash). It was working..i am to sick and weak for discussion with translation. It seems like the situation good abused. It's very sad and traumatizing because i can hardly walk and see and it's not a 24hour reception. For 500 tl even toexpensive because floor was dirty and should have real wood because it's muchdirt there and best energy with real wood and windows looked like haven't been cleaned maybe 17 years..orless because of pollution..but bed could be more clean also.. taken care of sensitively carefully.my friend called because of the price because i could only communicate with translator. Unfortunately my friend understood to call right away..i requested to call the day after to avoid uncomfortablenrg but was tolate so i was afraid to go outside. I am feeling my body today start to feel face and hands the first time after more than fifteen years..i love that it has high walls and would have booked one night more but ..i was charged to much and need money for food and medicine and i am to weak to go out and get it. Ig sarahsafranshaman8 if anyone is around and maybe can help. I amafraid to ask if hecould bring water actually i already told..i need some after he asked what i have & i told.. Bathroom was really smelly and NO HOT WATER. I just took a shower a few hours before check out No towels..i could wash head because i don't feel it because of paralysis but had very strong period..so i needed at least warm water..at least one small towel would have been good small wardrobe was very dirty. the showerpipe was damaged,water spread out. In the small wardrobe there was dirt from empty ashtray .. I put off the sheets to help because all seems to be overwhelmed with all.
