The room was OK, the service was average, the room was not cleaned up in time after breakfast, and I almost used a fork that someone else had used. The room facilities were dusty and looked like they had not been cleaned.

The hotel is very good, very convenient and comfortable to live in.

Very upset with the service. We asked to change the dates of stay, but we were refused. The money was not returned, I did it 100%, although the hotel has available rooms for our new travel dates. Of course I will not return to this hotel again.

So-so hotel. At first they simply forgot about me during the settlement. I was waiting for the check-in time, and the employee who promised me to accommodate me as early as possible, after finishing his shift, left without telling his colleagues what kind of uncle he was dangling in the lobby and what he was waiting for. As a result, they didn’t think of letting me in at all, until I came up with a reasonable question - how long!? In the morning there was no hot water in the room, to which I was told without apologies that this was some kind of global problem, and I had to endure it. I probably came there just to wait and endure, and not to meet on business. This is secondary in their opinion. The cancellation of the last night of the stay and the refund was denied to me when I decided to leave a day early. It's not included in the tariff, you see. Probably, as the availability of hot water and heat is not provided. The fact is that there is no heating system in the rooms, and the air conditioner does not heat up, no matter how hard you try to set it up. The wall in the shower room is a panoramic window taped over with a film. Imagine a January morning shower without hot water and heating in a hotel that calls itself the Radisson, and choose another hotel, my advice to you.

酒店位置很好，服務也很好，房間設定也很不錯。地理位置非常棒，旁邊吃飯餐館也更多，酒店餐廳也很不錯，下次出差還選擇。
