Lokasinya menakjubkan, berhampiran metro, juga berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah cevahir, pusat membeli-belah trump dll.

Locatie is top, service was slecht, spreken slecht Engels, doen geen moeite om je te begrijpen. Voorzieningen geen, je kan geen koffie of thee zetten op je kamer. Miezerige shampoo, douchegel etc. Wordt slecht schoongemaakt. Ze doen echt het hoognodige. Vroeg me af of mop schoon was of eerst alle kamers langs is geweest. Veel stof in de kamers. Ik ben gewend dat in Turkije vaak kamers schoon zijn maar vond dat niet in dit hotel. Kamer kan je niet op slot draaien, grote minpunt. Ik zou niet nog keer kiezen voor dit hotel

It's ok. Don't expect too much. If you have no where else to stay, it's workable. Location is great 👍

سئ جدا التدفئة لا تشتغل و الغرف صغيرة جدا و مكان تخزين الملابس ضيق و الاضائة التي بلغرف ضعيفة جدا الريسبشن لديهم عدم مبالاة تطلب منهم و يقولون تمام و يتناسو .. اصبحو يبدلون لي الغرف عندما اجد شي لا يشتغل و اخيرا انصدمت بوجود فأر في غرفة

Ideal in terms of price performance. It is a clean hotel with friendly staff. It also has a nice terrace where breakfast is sufficient in terms of variety. If there are small problems, you can solve them with support. Also it has an excellent location.

The single rooms are terrible. It is so small. No safe box, no water, no sofa and chairs, nothing it has. I saw more than 20 hotels in Istanbul, here is the baddest. But the rooms is clean .this is the positive point

This hotel is honestly amazing they helped me in a bad situation, I came late from a different accommodation and they were so understanding and made me feel safe. Very good food people are outstanding, place is clean, it’s my second time here, but this time I really needed help and they accommodated me, truly I’m very grateful, the location is perfect,

THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL. STUFF IS FINE, BUT HOTEL ROOMS ARE TINY, WITH NO CLOSETS OR STORAGE FOR SUITCASES. NOT WORTH IT FOR 75 EUROS. GUYS BEFORE COMING TO ISTANBUL, DO YOUR RESEARCH IT MIGHT BE BETTER TO STAY HILTON OR MARRIOTT.

Had booked 3 rooms for 6 nights with my colleagues and could write a book full of bad experiences we had. Everything went wrong from the online reservation till the check out. Had a mouse in my room (yes a mouse !) but was told by the bellboy there was no mouse and therefore no problem. Overall all rooms are way below basic hygienic standards but the explanation was there would be some kind of renovation soon... The breakfast is absolutely appalling, staled bread and again absolutely below hygienic standards. At the check out I was charge more than i had booked online, etc....etc... Could mention many many more unacceptable issues but let me just say : please, please stay away from this place !!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel was really nice and the staff were kind, polite and extremely helpful. I will definitely choose to come and stay again. They made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price and was available daily. The restaurant was on the 6th floor and every morning they had a nice buffet selection that you could choose from.
