After some discussion, I was able to keep my original room type. It's just that communicating can be a bit slow and complicated each time. However, since I travel frequently for work and stay here often, they all recognize me. It seems they even made a special note in their system about my personal preferences, which is a nice touch! Overall, the outcome was quite good, and I'm pretty satisfied. The breakfast also suited my taste perfectly. Compared to other hotels, this one offers excellent value for money.

Horrible service and very old hotel 100 lira for bottle of water when you leave the hotel they check room you drink something from the fridge plus they ask you did you drink something from the fridge no then ok we need to check the room soo they don’t blew you **** service never again

I lost all my money!!! After checking into the hotel, over 2000 euros, over 2000 US dollars, and some dirhams were stolen from my wallet. It was completely empty. Reporting it to the police was useless; the hotel just gave me a perfunctory report, which did absolutely nothing.

The hotel has a great pool, sauna, and all the amenities. The view from the window was especially impressive: the sunset and the Dead Sea equal unforgettable emotions, filling your phone's memory with sunset photos. Unfortunately, the service is very poor. They didn't give me a tour or highlight any of the hotel's advantages. I give it a 4/5.
