We arrived very late and the front desk helped us really quickly which was great. When we checked out they kept our bags for us as well - which was appreciated. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay, thank you for everything.

房間很大，非常舒服，離地鐵站也比較近，適合第二天要在新機場坐飛機住一晚，特別舒服

My husband and I were on a cruise when I had a medical emergency and was hospitalized in Memorial Hospital in Istanbul. My husband needed a local hotel to stay at and was recommended this hotel by the hospital. The experience was fantastic for him. They directed him to a local money exchange. They had an arrangement with a local restaurant where the front desk could order for you and the food would be delivered to the room (payment was in cash, though). I spent two days here with my husband after my release from hospital and it was a very lovely hotel. The included breakfast was really good. The airport shuttle arrangement was also a really helpful and convenient option.

Very clean and tidy, everything you require is ready. The staff is very kind and nice; a team happy to work togather. No unnnecessary luxeries. The price is good for Istanbul

The staff went above and beyond. considering there was a big language barrier (I'm scottish) (I can hardly speak english myself) this didn't effect customer service. Quite a layed back and relaxed hotel. A short taxi ride away from a city centre with everything you could ever need. The reception workers called Mustafa and Gorkem and the waitress Yagmur😏 are approachable and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I had a great time here. The manager Ahmet and the employee Emre are very friendly that I may not forget them. I have no problem communicating with them as they speak english well. First of all, the checkin process is smooth. Initially they gave me a room in smoking floor. Upon my request, they have changed me to a non smoking floor. In Istanbul, the temperatures during nights are lower and almost everyone smoke. That may be the reason for the hotel to maintain different floors for people who doesn't smoke. I liked it. The room is maintained clean and well ventilated. I have attached a a few pics showing all the amenities you get. The housekeeping was done everyday. When it comes to breakfast. As I am on budget, hotel breakfast is the main thing I wait for. The unlimited breakfast is awesome. I am also attaching a few pics of same. Overall, I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. And I have also stayed in an another 4 star hotel in the city. When I compare to the 4 star hotel, I liked my stay at this 3 star hotel. Thank you guys.

Уютный отель, приятное обслуживание. Очень милая девушка официант Гуля - вежливая и заботливая) хороший завтрак - все свежее и аппетитное. В целом остались отличные впечатления. Немного шумно за окном, но отель это предусмотрел и на тумбочках нас ждали беруши)
