Check in was fast, Room 2117 is nice and cosy with all the necessary amenities set up. Great water pressure in shower , it be btter to have 2 chairs at the sitting area. Some attention needed, a standing lamp bulb to replace & door latch safety hook is missing. Breakfast buffet is good , staff are helpful and courteous.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was a bit dark even with lights on but we were not in the room much. Staff were very nice and helpful. Most of the staff spoke english. I fell and twisted my foot and the staff were so helpful. They gave me an ice pack and checked me constantly. Would deffo stay again.

5 stars. Clean. Well kept. Friendly English speaking staff. Close to all the major malls including Mall of Istanbul. The manager Mr. Kemal is very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. Hope this review helps you decide staying here or not. Cheers.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Mohamet @ reception was amazing and was very helpful. The room was huge and clean and spacious and the breakfast was great too! Although there was not much to choose, please try to bring a lot of variety, parking lot is too small, overall is excellent

Firstly the hotel is far from tourist attraction. You need to spend a high price if need to go by taxi. The room is spacious and comfy. Breakfast is plenty of choice. Staff is very helpful and corperative.

Hot tub jets were not on as advertised, many things are broken, and everything is overpriced, restaurant etc, we went to the store around the corner

The housekeeper Selvim was awesome. Friendly atmosphere. Also, it is very clean and quiet even when at roadside. The only thing that need improvement is for them to invest in new towels. Otherwise, the stay was amazing.
