فندق جميل واكثر من رائع يقع في منطقة خلف مركزين للتسوق مول اوزدليك بارك وكانيون مول محطة المترو اسمها ليفنت تقع فين المولين الفندق جديد والافطار رائع والعاملين في الفندق جاهزين للمساعدة ويتحدثون اكثر من لغة اشكرهم على الخدمة الرائعة وحتما باذن الله تعالى ازور هذا الفندق مرة اخرى

Very nice staff and good location a clean room very nice staff in the cafe location near to big malls in Istanbul near metro station who is a good point for going around Istanbul a quiet place no noise around the hotel a very good stay at this hotel definitely we will back again

Very nice and friendly stuff. Room was very clean. Location is great right in the city center. 2 minutes away from the Kanyon mall. Also close to Metro station. I absolutely loved and enjoyed staying in the hotel. Room was also well equipped and cozy🩷

Ordered 2 rooms and 1 apartment. The location and the services here are excellent. nearing to some major office buildings and offering good breakfast, exactly what a business trip needed. 订购了2间客房和1间公寓。这里位置和服务都很好。靠近一些主要的办公楼，提供美味的早餐，出差在附近办公很合适。

My wife and myself stayed at this hotel in room 803 for two weeks from the Feb 4th to Feb 16th 2024. The hotel is in a prime location next to three malls, a hospital and an underground train station that can take you to most tourist destinations. The staff; from the receptionists, the cafe workers, to the cleaners were all super friendly and helpful. Most of them can also speak or understand English. The room and bathroom were very clean upon arrival and you can request for a daily clean from the touchpad near the door. The food from the cafe downstairs was very tasty, I wasn't expecting free breakfasts, as it wasn't listed on their website (from what I can see), which was a bonus. You can also request for food to be sent to your room. The only downside was that our room had a locked door to the next room, so we could hear our neighbours alarm going off for a few hours, (guess the neighbour is a heavy sleeper) and their conversations. It's only a small issue and not worth deducting any stars over. The hotel also offers a spa experience, but we never tried it, so can't review. Overall, it's a 5/5 all round and would happily book again in the future.

Everything about the stay was great except for the smell of cigarettes smoke at the entrance and breakfast area. It’s too bad because the room was great and the staff young and delightful.

All perfect ! the location in front of the large Mall, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the breakfast but above all the kindness, welcome and smile of all the staff. a greeting and a special thanks to sweet Fanny! hope to come back soon and this time for a vacation

Not too expensive. The room is ok: space, confort and clean. The breakfast is not various: English or Turkish. And not very large but enough. A little hotel and so calm compared to big others. Staff is nice.

I stayed in Kings Cross Levent for couple of times for business and it was great experience because the staff was incredibly polite and helpfull. Everything I asked for was done without hesitation, they have great english and some of them speak different languages. Great polite people, I realy am happy to meat them in person 😊
