The hotel is close to the city center, a 10-15 minute tram ride away. The metro is a 5-7 minute walk away. The hotel is not new and is a bit worn. The breakfasts aren't particularly good, but there's plenty to eat. The staff is very helpful!

A good hotel for a short trip. The room is very compact, in need of repair. However, I was pleased with the hospitality, the opportunity to have tea at any time of the day in the kitchen.

房間不大，清潔程度還可以，地理位置不錯，幾分鐘內有公交，輕軌，去主要景點很方便。前台人挺好，看我用杯子接水喝，主動給我們拿大瓶的瓶裝水。

The location is excellent — truly gold. The hotel is very close to the tram, metro, buses, and other public transport, which makes getting around Istanbul very easy. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. They made our stay more comfortable and were always willing to assist. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it was a bit small. Still, it was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was delicious. The selection is basic, but it is more than enough for the price and everything tasted fresh. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel with an unbeatable location and warm hospitality.

Stayed two nights. Small hotel, well located within walking distance of Aksaray Metro and several shops, restaurants and attractions. Access to the property is a bit complicated due to construction blocking the road from one site. Fairly quiet. Very small, clean room with linoleum floor. Amenities included mini-fridge. No electric kettle, however, there is a coffee machine available to guests in the basement. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well located power sockets. No desk. Bathroom with everything in working order and good water pressure in the shower; however, the water temperature constantly changed, cycling from hot to cold. Wifi worked well. Friendly staff. Overall a good value.

Great and very nice hotel with friendly staff, beautiful and clean rooms. I stayed here for the second time in 2024, once in March and the second time in October, both stays were completely satisfactory, the bus stops are right next to the hotel and the tram stop is about 3 minutes away. walk, metro then 10 min.

Lovely clean room, quite place, amazing staff, great breakfast and I will stay there again when I return to Istanbul. The guys in the reception were very helpful, the room was clean and the bed was great, not to mention the location spot on in the centre. Amazing girls in the breakfast kitchen as well.

Small rooms, bad pillows, toilet seat broken, no toilet paper holder, fridge is having a disco in the night and the birds noise is crazy. Buy your own eggs and take them with you for the breakfast, because they usually run out 30 min in the breakfast. DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. Unless you just want a bed and a good location.The 1 starts is for the location and the smiling employees. AVOID SUIT 1 and 2 ( 5th floor) because of the birds noise on the rooftop.

Hotel relación precio calidad excelente 100%limpieza un 10 desayuno Turco 10 cerca Tram que te lleva todas partes. Alrededores lleno de tiendas de todo comida restaurante y artículos de ropa etc. Repito Hotel un 10. Yo he estado varias veces en otros Hoteles y a este volveré.

Очень удачное расположение отеля,рядом остановка трамвая t1,метро Aksaray и Yenikapi,до гранд-базара минут 10 пешком.Вкусные и свежие завтраки!Очень отзывчивый и приветливый персонал.Уборка в номере по вашему желанию,хоть каждый день!

Несколько лет назад открыли для себя этот небольшой уютный отель практически в историческом центре Стамбула. Каждый раз бывая в Стамбуле, останавливаемся здесь. Рядом с отелем остановка трамвая, который отвезет Вас в исторический центр, две станции метро, остановка автобусов в Новый аэропорт. Чистый, небольшой, но очень гостеприимный и душевный отель. Предлагаются завтраки. Стандартные, но достаточные. При заселении дают бутилированную воду, в номерах есть чайник. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам отеля. Всегда помогут, подскажут, расскажут. И, когда снова будем в Стамбуле, снова остановимся в Hira.
