Everything was very good. Breakfast delicious. Room comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman–Mercure Hotel in Istanbul. Apart from the location, everything was great. The staff were friendly and polite, especially Mehmet from the night reception, who was exceptional and extremely polite. I also really enjoyed the open breakfast and the high quality of the food..

Hotel is well located if you are by car. Checking in took a long time this time. I had reserved a spacious room and got it with a view of the city. The interior of the room needs maintenance. Spacious bathroom with extra large bed. If I get the chance for a good price I will book again.

We loved the amenities of the hotel. They took carefully our request. I'd like to point out two things; we asked for 2 pax breakfast package for early check-out. Although they promised to do it so, the night shift didn't even have any idea regarding the breakfast package. The hotel's entrance is located on the right side of the Pullman and due to there is no sign for the entrance, it is a little difficult to find it.
