Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Kurtkoy

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Istanbul for one quick night before our flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and it was a comfortable and convenient choice. The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, and the location is quite central with many nearby restaurant options, making it easy to find food without any hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, ideal for a short overnight stay. They do not offer an airport shuttle service, which is worth noting. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable for a quick start before traveling. Overall, a good and reliable option for a short stay close to the airport.

We stayed at the Hampton Hotel near the airport in Istanbul from January 1st to 2nd. The room had no water in the shower. Management did nothing to resolve the problem and refused to move us to another room. They simply told us we could shower after breakfast. When we went back to our room, the shower still had no water. We had to leave the hotel without showering. This is unacceptable for a hotel, especially not for the Hampton. Very poor service. Cómo

Breakfast is not worth the money. But the location, cleaning and free parking is good.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is really convenient — close to everything I needed. The breakfast was simple but nutritious. The only thing I personally missed was the option of plant-based milk. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and I would return again.

Everything is excellent! Starting from the location and ending with the service in the room. Very good breakfasts, friendly and competent staff. Just for a recommendation! 10/10👌

When we arrived yesterday, the reception was very blunt, no help at all, even if he saw us struggling with all the baggage and the baby, he just look at us, and when I ask him to repeat the one he's saying cause its too loud all of them are talking and he look at me, like mocking. 🥴 Very rude for a reception who works in hospitality. And the pool which should be included in the hotel amenities, has a pay which is very unusual for a 4 star hotel.

Clean, modern room the only issue I had was someone before me smoked in the room so there was that lingering smell.

I booked this hotel by mistake in a smoking room. At arrival I noticed it and immediately asked the reception to change it to a non-smoking room. The receptionist told me there was no availability to change. However, when I later checked the app, I could still see non-smoking rooms available. I really don’t understand why I wasn’t offered one. This was disappointing, and I hope the hotel can be more transparent and helpful with such requests in the future.

We stayed this hotel for business. This is close to Sabiha Gökçen airport but it was difficult to use public transport for the sightseeing in İstanbul.
