Good location, close to the train station and bus stops. 24-hour reception desk. They answered us quickly on WhatsApp. Room 503 on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The linen is clean, but old (rolls, not pleasant to the body), there are no blankets, each bed has a thin bedspread (almost everywhere in Turkey), 3 sets of towels. Large windows with low noise insulation, next to the highway and the audibility is very strong. The walls are also thin and you can also hear everything outside the front door. The room has a kitchen corner, a mini bar, a kettle, 3 glasses, tea, coffee, sugar, 3 bottles of water 0.5 l each. There is a table and 3 chairs near the windows, one chair has a broken back. The bathroom is not smelly, there is a shower stall (there is a leak from below, it needs to be siliconed), the toilet flushes very loudly, there is hot water in the shower and a towel holder. There is Wi-Fi, you need to look at the network and choose which one catches it on the floor.

It's not as noisy as the reviews say, but it's really close to the elevated road, and there are motorcycle shops nearby. There are more places to eat if you walk towards the subway station.

Location is really bad It's far from the old town and the neighborhood's security is not good. However, if you look at the hotel itself, it is clean and the receptionist is really friendly. I thought it might be noisy since it's next to the main street, but it wasn't noisy except for the occasional truck noise.

It's a really great location. I was in Istanbul for 2 days to do my weekend work and meetings. It is very close to every part of Kadikoy.

I booked for 5 nights at Mini Suite Otel while traveling alone. I was immediately frustrated as there was a very strong smell of chemicals and the room was definitely not "soundproof" as it said. However, this was okay to deal with. Unfortunately, due to a freak stroke of bad luck I had my drink spiked by the taxi driver who was transferring me to this hotel. So at 5am I was violently ill and passed out in my room where I split open my chin and mouth. I had to go to emergency at the hospital to get stitches and treatment. I also had to cancel my trip due to my condition. Due to this unforeseen horrible event, I asked for a partial refund for the 4 pre-paid and unused nights at the hotel. They initially told me they would if possible but had "no power" as *********** was in control. *********** told me they WOULD give me a refund if the hotel just sent an email agreeing. The hotel not only changed its story but stopped responding to my requests for help and ignored me. I've never felt so upset and devastated by the hotel's lack of empathy and customer service. As a solo female traveler who was severely injured and drugged I would have thought as an act of goodwill they would refund me the FOUR nights I have paid and unused. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.
