Location is amazing. Saved us so much money on transportation due to its nearness to most of the imp tourist locations as well as the coastal gardens.  They had very good offers for trips like Princes Islands, Bosphorus, Turkish Hammams, Black Sea beaches and more.  Entire staff was super friendly and very responsive to our needs.  We also got a room on the third floor with a great view, in addition to the wonderful breakfast terrace view of the sea that I could spend hours in.

Good hotel with a very convenient location. The room offers a view of the fortress wall. It's clean and the air conditioning works. There are good cafes nearby, and it's within walking distance of attractions.

I stayed for three days, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive. From day one, I was welcomed into a very homey atmosphere. For amenities, only bar soap is provided, so it's a good idea to bring your own. Liquid shampoo and body wash are dispensed from wall-mounted containers. Toothbrushes are not available. The minibar contains two bottles of water, which are refilled during cleaning. The lobby offers a complimentary coffee and chai station. The furniture in the lobby was very tastefully chosen and lovely. On the morning of my departure, it was pouring rain. When I asked if I could shelter in the lobby for a bit, they graciously allowed it and even made me some chai. This really warmed my heart on my first solo trip. Thank you so much!

First time in Istanbul, Best hotel in Istanbul! I spend 6 nights straight in this hotel, and everything was really good. Breakfast, manager, room condition, etc. Also the location is very close to Sultan Ahmet Park, Aya Sofia, buch of museums, and mosques. If I had a chance to come back to Istanbul, I'll choose this hotel again no doubt. Very Perfect.

The location is perfect but I was given a different room and the laundry was so bad. A lot of noise coming from the top floor and cleaning staff was not that great. The guys in reception are really helpful and nice.

Avoid this hotel with all costs.I booked a room for 2 people days with breakfeast,in the first morning my wife went to bufet and grab two coffes in our room.In 2 seconds phone rang in our room and someone from the staff startted to scream that we are not alowed to have breakfest because we didn t paid for.I talked to manager i show it my reservation on the phone with breakfeast included but he told me "i am sorrry i see on my computer room only without breakfest".In the second morning someone from the front desk rang the phone in our room at 6AM in the morning "by mistake".Staff is very rude and put me in a embarrasing situation.The wiew from the room is in an empty wall from the back yard.Also curly hair all over the bed and pillows.Avoid this hotel.

Okay, can stay for a day .better stay far from hagia sophia mosque

It's uphill to Hagia Sophia, but it's within walking distance. Unfortunately, the TV was broken and unusable during our stay.

The water was replenished daily and the reception staff were kind, which was great. It was a little disappointing that the surrounding restaurants were all rather expensive, but the accommodation facilities and the time spent at the hotel were very satisfying. Its proximity to Bluemosque and the square was also a plus. There were a few issues, such as the refrigerator not opening properly.

Very polite staff, ready to help at any time. Good location. Unusual elevator 😀. Delicious breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace (with the ability to lure a seagull for a photo).

Very cozy ~ very convenient to go anywhere...very clean and comfortable~
