Wi-fi terlalu lemah dan untuk meningkatkan kebersihan tuala

Hotel is very nice and clean staff is very very good Only problem out side hotel some dirty women standing which is not good impression for the family and children

The hotel service is not good the staff is impolite cleaning is not good!

The people's on front desk are very welcomed but the service room cleaning very poor they don't change tawel they don't clean it every day they don't bring water the Ac has a problem not working properly, regarding to the location perfect, the breakfast is so funny I have never had such kind of breakfast like that it seems like I'm on the aircraft they select the meal and rup it and drop to your table I have seen buffet on there website but never appear there. The carpets smells very bad, and at all cleaning very poor. One thing you need to mark if you are looking for a best price this would be the best place.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei euch !! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich höflich und hilfsbereit!! Mir wurden die Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht!! Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen erst recht nicht über das Personal ! Bei der Sauberkeit beziehe ich mich auf das gesamte Hotel wobei ich sagen muss mein Zimmer wurde Tipptopp geputzt vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal!! War sehr schön bei euch ich würde immer wieder bei euch buchen weiter so !!

Super small rooms poor items for breakfast and not refilled very slow two people elevator we don’t have to talk about room service which is disaster as the bath gel not checked or refilled for days i really don’t recommend this hotel except for one person desperate to stay in cheap hotel specially in taksim

When my wife and I arrived at the hotel, we heard unexpected noises, and the staff informed us that they were undergoing construction; workers were scattered throughout the hotel, and sand covered everything. They also didn't assist us in finding our room. The breakfast hall on the 8th floor was closed, so we had to settle for a meager breakfast on the -1 floor underground. With all these problems, we couldn’t tolerate it and decided to leave the hotel after just 24 hours."

Worst hotel ive ever been to , should be rated at 2 stars maximum, first room they gave me had no windows , AC was broken , only to find out there were blood stains and brown stains on the bed. They refused to change rooms or even blankets till next morning!!! The staff was super rude and raise their voices quite often, speak with disrespect and hang up the phone whenever they like. The second room i was moved to was in the basement, reeked of sewer smells , no window, also had brown spots on the ground this time. Good thing not on the sheets.. Bathrooms in both rooms were disgusting, made me hesitate my decision to take showers, the breakfast area was always full u had to wait with your plate in your hand to find a table , floors and tables were sticky and dirty on all 4 days. Scam hotel and doesn't know a thing or two about the service industry, they will scam you with no hesitation. I also had to carry all my money around because there safe was broken in all the rooms (i had co workers in different rooms too). Overall, dirty, disgusting, offensive staff, no peace of mind,no security, creepy theme. you might think its cheap but its sooo overpriced after you get there youll know what i mean. I wouldnt stay there again even if they pay double what i spent a night !

The worst option in taksim district i think.the rooms are very small that you could hardly even walk around the bed,no space for baggage,very narrow passage in the floors with so much rooms in each floor,there is no peace and calmness,you can hear every noise of the passengers.the only good point is the breakfast.maybe you think it is the best location but you are wrong because it is not safe and you should quikly just go to the hotel and dont stay at the walkway otherwise you have been pick pocketed.
