Ulasan Sura Design Hotel & Suites Istanbul

We booked the most basic room at Sura Design Hotels however we’re given an upgrade by Burek on reception. We had booked for four nights initially and we were so happy with the hotel that we extended our stay another three nights. When we asked if we could have another upgrade the response was of course, we have done this automatically. Since we were in Istanbul for a total of two weeks it was wonderful to find a hotel that felt like “home.” And that had a lot to do with the fact their sister property is across a narrow road so each morning we went there for a gym workout then breakfast. Big shoutout to the delightful Ahmet who looked after us in the breakfast restaurant,

Location is very good and near Hagia Sophia. The staff is very helpful and help us book the taxi to airport. We have wonderful holiday here and will try to visit and stay at this hotel.

Good one to stay

フロントの方がとても親切でした。イスタンブール市内のおすすめ観光地、移動の仕方など、私たちの意図をくみながら丁寧に説明してくださいました。また、アヤソフィアや地下宮殿まで歩いて行ける距離にあり、立地は抜群です。

不是針對酒店給的差評，是給攜程的差評，定了這個酒店，到達酒店説沒有訂單，聯繫攜程半個多小時無果，再跟酒店交涉，莫名其妙説被安排在其他一個酒店，房間極小，衞生間門打開撞到馬桶，攜程還不承擔責任。

最高の立地でした。ブルーモスクやアヤソフィアは歩いて行ける距離にあり、観光の途中にホテルに戻って休憩することも可能です。朝ごはんも、ビュッフェ形式で美味しかったです。ただ、置いてあったコップが少し汚かったのと、歯ブラシが置いていなかったのが、少し残念でした。ただ海外はこうなのかもしれません。ベッドがかなりふかふかで、とても居心地が良かったです。ホテル周辺はレストランが多く食事するのには困りません。ホテルのスパを受けたのですが、当日予約したのにも関わらず丁寧な接客で、最高でした。また泊まりたいです。

Sehr schönes Hotel alles Super ,aber leider habe ich das Falsche Zimmer bekommen habe die Loft reserviert und bezahlt aber dafür ein klaisisches Zimmer bekommen. Die Rezetion hatt sich nicht einmal bemüht das in Ordnung zu bringen. Meine Agentur Trip sollte der fehler sein . Enachdwm Meine Agentur das geregelt hat ,wurde mir das Zimmer gewechsel und habe das gleiche Zimmer wieder erhalten nur 2 Türen weiter 😡. Aber mein Reserviertes und bezhaltes Zimmer leider nicht. Deshalb gibt ed punkte abzug. Sonst hatt alles gepassst

Our second stay with Sura was another great experience. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. The location also can’t be beat!

Location of property is excellent but everything else sucks, our room carpet was filthy dirty, between blackened carpet to spills on carpet which were not cleaned, felt room was very unhygienic, brought it to front desk attention to get it clean before next guest arrives, room service terrible ask for ice their ice machine was broken, I have seen better motel 6 then this 5 star hotel,

We were originally put into a room where there was constantly loud music being played from the outside restaurants but then was offered an upgrade for £60 where it was a lot more quieter and a lot bigger room. Happily took it as we were there for 5 days. The location is perfect and centralised to everything, the metro was a 2 minute walk along with grand bazar only being a 10 minute walk. Staff were all friendly and were happy to help whenever needed. The breakfast was lovely in sura design, which is a bonus as you have the opportunity to either go to Sura design or sura Hagia Sophia.

Our first visit to Istanbul and we spent 5 nights at this fabulous, centrally located hotel. Well looked after by the staff, esp. Burak, Òzay and Aden, who really went out of their way to answer our queries, arrange outings and in general, make our visit a real pleasure. Thank you. Btw the buffet breakfast is EXCELLENT!
