Ulasan Grand Washington Hotel

In general, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. There are still something can be improved however. Such as cleanliness, the breakfast quality and hotel wifi facility. The wifi is as good as needed.

在伊斯坦堡轉機，在市區訂了這家酒店方便白天出來玩，房間有店小，衞生還OK，我想講講在這個酒店發生的事件：想讓酒店安排接機，問我要40歐，實際機場出來打車衹花了18歐，凌晨4點到的酒店已經精疲力盡，check in時前台未還我護照（當時太累，我也沒注意到，一般前台都是把證件和房卡一併給你的，但他們沒有），等我到了機場，我才意識到護照還在酒店，他們説可以幫我叫司機送要價42歐（正常衹要18歐左右），我説太貴讓酒店幫忙砍價畢竟他們也有責任，但他們説這是我自己的問題，等司機送到時，早就錯過航班了，我在機場已崩潰…… 回頭想想，可能是一個圈套，加上自己也不爭氣竟然把護照忘要回來了，從不在網上評價，這次的烏龍事件給了我很大的教訓，在此提醒下其他遊客，對土耳其人民特別是司機多加小心！

We stayed there for 4 days however the reception staff were horrible! We asked for a taxi to the airport and they took 40 euros from us when it only cost 900 turkish liras for the taxi. They had given the taxi driver less money to keep it for themselves. Please be careful with them as they tend to steal money from you to keep it for themselves.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were too small, with everything crammed into a small space. This left hardly any room for luggage and it was too cramped to even walk around. The bathrooms were the same; so tiny, you would almost be touching the toilet trying to shut the door once inside. Just disgusting. There was an even tinier shower cubicle in the corner. No body wash was provided, only a shampoo. The lifts in the hotel were following the same theme, TINY, and they took far too long to come when we called it. The only good thing was that our rooms were on the 2nd floor so we always ended up taking the stairs. The hotel breakfast was below average too, only one egg variety and no bakery selection whatsoever. We were very disappointed with it. The view from the window was unpleasant too; we had a tiny balcony but there was the air con unit there so again, no room to stand or sit, not that there was a lovely view. There were just some shops, including one with creepy mannequins. Not really a room with a view. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and could not wait to leave. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever return here.

Pitoyable hôtel à fuir 4 étoiles mais une blague !!! Cet établissement devrait fermer DES ESCROCS c est une honte au pays ! A notre arrivés 23h00 alors que nous avions payer la réservation via Opodo (la totalité ) il nous demande de payer la sommes de 1080 € Sous prétexte que la société a qui nous avons payé est tomber en faillite. Mon fils en larmes car il est inquiet de savoir où nous allons dormir !!! Ils nous imprime une facture d une société inexistante mon époux catastrophé de la situation décide de payer en CB cette sommes afin que nous puissions dormir et que notre fils soit tranquille. Nous continuons avec mon amie qui faisait partie du voyage avec ses enfants de chercher les raisons de cette sommes (1080€) le ton monte ils se montre tres menaçant, avec la complicité d un Mr à l accueille ils nous rigole même au nez ! Nous avons fini par leur dire que nous allions faire intervenir un avocat, qu on allait pas ce laisser faire et qu un avis sur leur site allais être donner ! d un seul coup ils changent d avis nous rembourse la totalité des 1080€ et s excuse d avoir essayer de nous escroqué en nous souhaitant la bienvenue en Turquie ! A Vaumir ! Le petit déjeuner répétitif, pas de toasteur, souvent des pannes au niveau des distributeurs de boissons chaude et jus chimimique imbuvable , donc pas de chaucolat chaud pour les enfants . Les céréales qui sont infectes sentent le rence! Jamais de bonjour par le personnel mis à part Fadir qui s excuse de l accueil à notre arrivés. Enfin à fuir .

Поставила 3 звезды! Расположение отличное, тихо, завтраки вкусные и на баре вкусно готовят, бармены, ресепшен все хорошо, а вот уборка оставляет желать лучшего, номера очень уставшие и очень маленькие (но если вы будете гулять по городу, то места хватит), постельное белье так себе! Отелю требуется ремонт Карантин никого не пощадил:(!
