Terrible experience, the staff were incompetent. I booked for three days, but after the first day, we moved to another hotel.

We stayed in a two-room penthouse suite on the 6th floor. The hotel is very conveniently located, and there's an elevator. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and towels were changed daily. The view was beautiful. One of the reception staff speaks Russian. All the staff were very polite. Overall, our impressions are positive, but there are some remarks and nuances. Firstly, none of the photos show that the second room has no windows at all. This is great for blocking out street noise, but it might not appeal to everyone. We couldn't get the door between the rooms open until the second day, and they had a hard time finding the keys. We had to go through the corridor to get to the kids' room. The top hinge of the balcony door kept coming loose. In the bathroom, the cabinet door didn't close completely, and the toilet flush sometimes got stuck. There was almost no noise from the restaurant on the floor above, but around 1:30 AM, they would move furniture before closing. On one occasion, two young guys did a night cleaning. They made a racket for about an hour. First, they cleaned the elevator, then the stairs, and the restroom on our floor. They were so loud the walls were shaking. But when they started playing music full blast on their phone, I had to go out and explain that they were in the wrong. They quieted down immediately and even seemed a little scared. Overall, I recommend this hotel!

The location is great! The breakfast (included) is one of the best breakfasts i had in a long time. The rooms are a bit small but very comfy.

We stayed at the hotel from June 10th to 13th. I want to thank the staff so much for letting us share a room. We booked two nights, and then stayed for another. Thanks to the staff for their service; they responded quickly to any request (in particular, they helped us open a bottle of wine, a small but nice touch). The only downside is the lack of robes. Important for us, this service was included when we booked. Slippers were provided. Room 604 is on the 6th floor with a terrace. We highly recommend it! It's so nice to have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the evening. You don't want to leave in the evening, such a beautiful view of the Suleymaniye Mosque and Galata Tower. Daily cleaning. Snow-white bed linen and snow-white towels. All necessary cleaning products are provided. Kettle, cups, coffee, tea, and sugar. 0.5 liters of water per person daily. A bit small, but there's a Sok store nearby. Fridge + TV + air conditioning + safe, Hot and cold water, elevator – everything worked perfectly. Some people wrote about the noise. We weren't bothered by the traffic (they closed the doors to the terrace in the morning). Nor by the restaurant, which is on the 7th floor. The restaurant closes at 11 PM. But how convenient it is for hotel guests! What a view! The hotel's location is simply excellent! Nearby are the marina, Galato Bridge, Galato Tower, and Istiklal (not far), as well as public transportation stops. Galato Port is a 5-minute walk away (very important for cruisers). I definitely recommend the hotel. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Istanbul (if they provide a request for robes!!!!)

++++ Excellent location in Istanbul (sights within a 10-15 minute walk, ferry to the Asian side 5 minutes, Galataport 5 minutes). ++ Friendly reception + Makeup/shaving mirror (but unfortunately no bright light) - - - Room connected to the next room via a connecting door, so everything from the neighboring room could be heard loudly (annoying when they return very late at night (1-2 a.m.)) - - Air conditioning louder than usual (aired the room before going to bed instead) - Only one bedside table - Shower handheld shower head holder at hip height (I personally don't like rain showers) - Toilet flush requires a very long press (20-30 seconds) and a lot of force Number of + / - signs = personal weighting

Extremely convenient location. Very close to Galata Tower and tram stop. The hotel is fine for the money. I would choose it again because of the location!

Excellent value for money, close to Istanbul's attractions

The hotel is very close to the beach, the street is very noisy, and the breakfast is not buffet
