The location is great! The breakfast (included) is one of the best breakfasts i had in a long time. The rooms are a bit small but very comfy.

A wonderfully located hotel in Istanbul, close to the Galataport and the tower in Galata. We stayed in the Penthouse, which has a great room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of good restaurants and shops close by.

The hotel is located at very conveniently centre place. Courteous staff, house keeping etc all good. Breakfast is very good but they repeat the same daily. They must change menu frequently. Everything is good. I will prefer this hotel for my trip in Istanbul.

Great little boutique hotel, for a great price, near the really fancy and expensive ones. Amazing rooftop restaurant, with an incredible breakfast. Staff is super nice and helpful. Near a cool restaurant/Bar alley. Also walking distance to the main shopping ***** and the Old Town. Got upgraded to a room with a balcony. Unfortunately there was construction across the street, so it was rather loud but I think the main part of that finished right as I left. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here a total of 4 nights at the start & conclusion of an Intrepid tour. The room was small and badly designed – eg the table and chair were unusable. I didn’t sleep well because of street noise and light from signage on the front of the hotel shining through the full length window. There were heavy curtains on the window but they weren’t long enough to cover the whole length so the light and noise were unrelenting. The location was good with an eat street nearby, and breakfast was excellent, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

What was very good about the hotel was the location and the breakfast..The rooms were very, very small even by european standards. At night the light shining into the room, which means the curtians were inadequate. The noice from the street, not enough sound proofing of the rooms. The reception staff wer not helpful at all.. Overall a bad experience..A place i would not recommend to stay considering how many hotels there are in Istanbul

From the moment we checked in with Melissa at the front desk to our checkout, we had an incredible stay! The staff is AMAZING - very attentive, caring and generous! We arrived in the wee hours of the morning due to our flight being delayed and as a result woke up just after breakfast was technically done being served. The manager was so kind and told us not to worry and that they would accommodate us - which they did with class and grace! The breakfast (Turkish Breakfast) was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. The location is also ideal - walkable to literally everything (Hagia Sofia/Blue Mosque/Grand Bazar/Egyptian Bazar was roughly 20-30 mins. Highly recommend. Thank you Haze for your incredible hospitality and service! We miss our stay and time in Istanbul very much!

We had the luxury of staying in the penthouse suite. Just two of us with two spacious rooms, two bathrooms and a big rooftop terrace with beautiful views. Big comfortable beds. Easily sleeps two couples and two small children on sofa bed. Service was excellent especially Rafi the manager. There was an event in restaurant upstairs playing very loud music one night. To apologize for the noise the manager treated us to a very delicious dinner in the rooftop restaurant which had excellent food, great service and amazing views. Breakfast was beautifully presented. Very romantic and enjoyable experience.

We stayed at the Haze Karakoy for 8 nights in January and we had an amazing time. The hotel has an excellent location and the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is on the seventh floor and has a magnificent view of Istanbul. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel welcome. We would like to thank the hotel manager and the staff on reception. A very special thanks to Mehmet Emin who was so professional and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel. We hope to return.

Great hospitality of a small team from reception to management, Feteh & Rafi were of great welcoming. Amazing location close to all attractions and public transport. Rooftop restaurant has great view of the bosphorus and galata. GalataPort walking distance. Especially when it rains in Istanbul you are close to your hotel.

Although the hotel was rated as 4 stars it seemed as 5 stars as in the cleanliness, room sizes, good quality of furniture and bedding, helpful staff, and a wonderful restaurant view serving delicious tasty real Turkish breakfast. It is walking distance to main amenities like Glata Tower, Sultan Ahmet, Hagia Sophia, karakoy modern Istanbul, and the metro station.

The room was pleasant, with all necessary amenities, not too loud, though the window pointed to the street below. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good and plenty Turkish food. Breakfast is served in the roof restaurant which has an outstanding view. The location is very convenient, close to the Galata bridge with many public transport options. The area has nice restaurants and tea/baklava/sahlep places. Heartily recommended
