A nice hotel with lovely staff and some great facilities! The only complaint was that our rooms A/C didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it but other than that was a perfect stay!

酒店設施很舊很破，房間窄小，隔音極差。就連床單被罩都很破爛。毛巾也是有股奇怪的味道。 酒店外部噪音極大，十分吵鬧，難以入睡。 唯一好的是酒店員工服務態度很好，樂於助人。

非常有愛的一家店，每天的問候加我愛的Sauna 離開時候還貼心的幫忙預約了出租車

יחסית לשאר מקומות ובתי מלון באיסטנבול - טוב מאוד חסרה ארוחת בוקר מחיר היה גם כך לא זול בשביל לאוסיף עוד 30€ על ארוחת הבוקר בגדול איסטנבול יקרה השנה מאוד אפשר לוותר עד שיבינו שאין מה לקחת כאלו סכומים

We are very happy that we chose this particular hotel for our trip to Istanbul and were equally enchanted by both Istanbul and this hotel (especially its staff). Mr. Mustafa Aydin, the manager of the hotel, fulfilled our wishes with absolute professionalism and incredible kindness. And all the other staff was always friendly and pleasant, and always ready to help in any situation. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the Turkish breakfast. So much variety on the table, served by Serhat and Burat (I hope I spell their names correctly), which completely spoiled us and made us feel like we were royality...It was pure hedonism! Everything was incredibly tasty and we enjoyed it very much! I hope that we can come back again one day. Thank you beautiful team of Concept Nisantasi Istanbul for a wonderful time!

if u want stay clean place with wonderfull staffs this is your place and the only negative point is location but u will get use to it its economy but all things were good . staffs ms umran mr sedat adam all of o met are so lovely and helpful.thanks❤️

We stayed here for one night in March (should have been two but our plane was cancelled). We had a family room on the 5th floor, this had two bedrooms, one with en-suite jacuzzi bathroom, and a separate sitting area. Very clean, modern and well appointed. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the food looked nice. The spa pool in the basement is lovely and warm and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. A taxi to/ from the (main) airport costs about £25. We didn’t have a chance to properly explore the area around the hotel, however there appear to be plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The area is very hilly and may not suit people with limited mobility, also there are steps up to the entrance of the hotel. We would be happy to stay here again.

We visited Concept Nişantaşı as a wedding anniversary and it was a hotel chosen through reviews from previous stayers and to be honest it is a lovely place as been stated before. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, always on hand to resolve or find alternatives to our needs. Very sympathetic even when we had an issue with a taxi driver WE had booked ourselves to which the hotel had no involvement in, and even then they stepped in booked a reliable taxi who arrived within minutes. The only downside to our stay would be all related to travel to and from the hotel, the taxi drivers would make a fuss to go through the narrow roads again to which the hotel had no involvement. However main road was within walking distance we’d say 7-8 mins to main road to which we actually enjoyed. All staff specially Mr Tural and Mr Adem, outstanding performance attentive and extremely resourceful. We stayed at two different rooms to which we loved however room 605 may need a little TLC. The bathroom needs some taking care of and maybe the shower needs to be changed as for a room of that size and comfort could have been a little bigger. I have OCD and unfortunately for others I see every little detail and unfortunately for the cleaning staff there were corners of rooms left unseen to. But overall we rate our stay 5 stars and if our recommendations are taken into consideration would actually rate it much higher. Thank you everyone and we will be BACK!!!

I was stay with my friends in walton hotel spa nisantasi everyting was so good professional and helpfull team the location was so nice and near to city center breakfast rich and delicious everything was great here will stay here in my next trip :)

Incredible! The hotel was amazing, super comfortable, clean, spacious room. The staff of the hotel is the best one I had so far in my hotel stays. Serhat and Burak from the breakfast are the kindest persons in the world, incredible service, always super attentive. Also, Adem was the best guy from the hotel, super helpful and caring. Thank you so much for an incredible experience in Istanbul! We will be back

The best option for me for last 2 times . Amazing staff , I never have seen that hospitality like here . I will come again again !!!! Turkish breakfast so delicious and I love everything in this hotel . Very clean , new and stylish . Close to metro Osmanbey and to close to all shops . Will be miss you guys !!!! Very good rooms house keeping breakfast and very safe,we were very satisfied.staff was amazing.Very accommodating. Location is great to access for shopping.breakfast was fantastic.interior design was good.and was very cozy.Definitely will be back

Customer experience top notch 👌 When I arrived I was met with a warm welcome by hotel staff outside the entrance. I was greeted kindly and was assisted with my luggage. I was offered and served tea during check in. The staff were very nice and helpful during check in, very good and friendly communication. I was personally escorted by hotel staff and everything was explained to me, I had no need to ask any questions afterwards. Room service was excellent and hotel staff arrived in my room on the 4th floor in less than a minute when I requested assistance. Breakfast is open until 3pm with a very well balanced and variety of nutrition. The food was very delicious. I send my regards to the cook and chefs. All in all I rate the hotel staff 5 stars for excellent customer interaction and they create a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to visit again because of the hotel staff.
