Sarnic Premier Hotel & Spa

Saya memilih hotel ini terutamanya kerana lokasinya, yang sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin menerokai pemandangan bandar lama. Semuanya berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Masjid Biru dan Hagia Sophia dalam masa 5 minit. Saya mendapat bilik dengan pemandangan Masjid Biru, yang sangat menggembirakan saya. Hotel ini mempunyai pengurus berbahasa Rusia yang akan membantu anda dengan sebarang masalah. Sarapan untuk 4 orang agak jarang, tetapi semuanya segar. Kami membersihkan setiap hari. Secara umum, penilaian saya terhadap hotel adalah "sangat baik" dan saya berharap ia akan berkembang lebih jauh.

Очень хороший район , но отвратительный сервис . Поселили с видом на стену , постельное с дырками. Локация замечательная , все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, но отелю нужно поработать над сервисом.

First time in Istanbul booked Sarnic hotel. Location is great walking distance to many things We had breakfast and dinner Breakfast was buffet no much choice compare to other hotels but we weren't hungry as always was something to eat For dinner we were served by lovely Béchir and Melih. They were friendly and very efficient. We never had to wait Dinner itself always were tasty just the portions are not big for someone with more appetite that could be a bit just but for us was good as we like light dinner ;) The cook and the staff of the hotel all were very nice to us made us feel like at home We had a such an enjoyable time in Istanbul therefore planning to come back there soon So we do believe for the money we spent we received a reasonably good service and have no complains whatsoever Thank you to everyone to make us feel welcome!

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the most important attractions. The photos are realistic. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are of adequate size. The elevator is convenient. The breakfast is average, with several types of cheese. There is a pleasant bar with a nice view on the roof terrace. The Turkish bath is very good. I recommend to everyone.

I booked this hotel only because they promised my ******* agent to provide free airport shuttle to/from IST Airport. They do NOT offer shuttle and didn’t arrange a pick up for me. I had to pay for the taxi 80 Euros ( both ways). Breakfast starts at 8 am. I asked to wake me up at 5 am, they called at 4 am. I arrived at 11pm night before, I was waiting for transportation for 3 hours in the Airport, where I had to ask strangers for help, Wi-Fi at the airport didn’t work on my phone. They don’t provide even a bottle of water and didn’t offer breakfast in the box to go. Room is VERY small, 5 by 6 feet. Noisy. Bathroom smells like sewage. No normal shower-only hose on the wall, like for the bide. Very shabby place, no exit signs. Personal doesn’t speak decent English or Russian and apparently they are stupid, if can not even wake up people on time. Extremely disappointed. Do NOT stay at this property. They don’t care at all.

Amazing staff and a brilliant area to stay around. Everything was walking distance. Really nice breakfast as well.

When I got to my room I discovered that a curtain was just hanging by one connector, the bed was not properly set, which appeared that someone had already used it, as there were hairs on the pillow, bits of toothpaste in the sink and a pair of used socks in the bin. I went to reception to report this and was condescending told that I could have used the phone in the room. I went back to the room and after a bit of searching, I found the phone in the bathroom. To add insult to injury, the phone was also broken. It took several requests to the desk to get this sorted and after a few hours, they managed to sort out a few of the problems before I gave up and opted to get some sleep. The next morning I was able to look around the hotel and discovered the photos of this hotel is similar to dating apps where people post their best pictures, but has a considerable gap with reality. The outdoor space is cluttered with slightly disturbing garden ornaments and the lawn is mainly ****s. The reception area has a big section separated out and used as offices, which is different to the photos. In general it was very disappointing when compared to the photos they provided for the public areas. My room had seen better days and the furnishings were worn. I’m not sure if my room was haunted, as the robe they provided had several large holes as if it had been involved in some violent activity and I could hear voices in my room, which is strange as they are supposed to be soundproof.

Stained sheets, foul smelling bathroom, beers at over 10 Euros each plus a service charge added. Out-dated and run down with limited facilites.
