We didn't visit because of the many pictures and reviews about bedbugs and cockroaches.

Nightmare!!!!!! Another of KrakaRoaches All different insect Very dirty unprofessional manager& staff and owner! Very greedy and liar. BIGGEST MISTAKE Shouldn't be legal to rent it as a hotel.

A lot of bedbugs were my roommates hahahahaha

Scam!! We booked an hotel called Fabulous Butique Hotel and looks like it's that hotel called Erciyes hotel! That explains why the taxi driver could not find it either. They did not allow us to check in even though we had a reservation. They say that it is not possible and they do not give your money back! They don't care at all. We had to find another hotel on our own at midnight. Avoid at all costs!

The reservation desk was lying and not answer tha calls from ********** as they did non refundable conditioning in order to extort money from customers, The room was terribly full of cockroaches flying everywhere even on the mattress and the wardrobe. After i asked them for starting the air conditioning they said It is paid service I should pay extra for air conditioning , unbelievable basters ,Robbers.

Nothing I liked I stayed 1 hour and I checked out it was not good that why I left and lost one night and booked in different hotel

Hotel name was Erciyes internet name is Butique House I guess they try to copy other hotel name in internet.Everthing is terrible condition very dirty.This hotel immediately should check by tourism ministery and municipality due to healt and safety condition.I never visit again.
