Ulasan Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul Sultanahmet

unfortunately, the mentioned bathtub in description of trip.com didn’t match the real set of the hotel. secondly, the initial room we booked supposed to have king size and the room we were provided had 2 single beds and we had to connect them together, even after complaining 🤨🤨🤨

I booked wrong dates and couldn’t modify and get money back because the option was non-refundable 😭

Very nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff no matter at the reception, concierge, breakfast and room cleaning. Convenient located within the old town directly opposite a beautiful mosque and within 20 minutes walk to the blue mosque and all the other major sites. We were very happy and will for sure book the Ramada Plaza again next time we stay in Istanbul!

All good but bed was not comfortable and the I couldn't sleep comfortably and no outside pool even in 27 degrees I m afraid small rooms by the way

Hotel is situated on a good location , couple of minutes walk to train station and walking distance from grand bazar. Breakfast was really good. As we were on the third floor Wifi connection was very slow. Staff was very helpfull .

Hotel was conviently located but the internet was not that great. The internet was very choppy.

I was very disappointed in the system and the staff of this hotel. I booked a room for 3 days with breakfast included, and the payment was not small. 2 days at the reception desk and at the entrance for breakfast they told us that we did not have breakfast included and when I began to be indignant and show the reservation in which it was clearly written that breakfast was included for the whole 3 days, without listening to me, they said okay, okay, go ahead and all this was in the presence of my mother and my child. It seemed to me that this situation was not only with me because every time they shut my mouth, not allowing me to finish with the words okay, go ahead . on the third day they already decided that we included breakfast, but the unpleasant aftertaste from the staff’s negligence and manner of shutting you up without listening to you was not a pleasant one...

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I’ve been impressed yet again by the service.
