Hotel di Laleli, Istanbul

The hotel was very clean and close to many attractions. It was also conveniently located near public transportation. Highly recommend for a comfortable and accessible stay in Istanbul.

We stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

A beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price Breakfast is included and is very good for the price Eggs and breads are absolutely delicious 24 hours front desk service and Beautiful heated pool with an amazing view of a mosque infront. Had to pay $10 for sauna, hamam and steam room but was absolutely worth the money. The hamam is very beautiful and the day I went no one else was there so was very peaceful and private and was open for 4 hours and just for $10 it’s absolutely worth to experience Atleast once. The location is close to grand bazaar and a lot of shops all around the area. Although some staff need to smile a little bit some staffs are amazing. My favorite and most lovely gursur (housekeeping) greets us morning every day and always has the most warm and beautiful smile. Although she cannot speak English she will definitely make you happy by her smile 💕 Definitely a staff every guest should meet. Mehmet (front desk) was the first person to welcome and always greets us with a smile. Hakan (breakfast), gazia, yunus (front desk) hayaretin(came to fix our heater) are also some staff who has been super helpful in our visit.

I'd like to estimate Amethyst hotel very good in all terms. Especially ladies working for cleaning were always keep smiles on their face with good saying. On the other hand, people in restaurant were not kind.

Brilliant hospitality by the staff namely Mr. Coskun, Mr. Batuhan, Kitchen staff- Ms. Nur & others. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was flavourful as well. Helpful with sight seeing tours and booking of taxi services too 👍

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I’ve been impressed yet again by the service.

Мы искали отель на одну ночь перед вылетом. Хотелось найти отель, который был бы близко к транспорту до аэропорта и чтобы было удобно осматривать город. Перечитали отзывы о десятках отелей с рейтингом от 7 и выше. Были в отчаянье: где-то отходят обои и плесень, где-то пахнет канализацией, грязь, тараканы... Ничего этого не хотелось бы. И тут по суперцене выходного дня появилось предложение с сайта Agoda. Отзывы были неплохие и мы забронировали Босфор. Отель превзошел все наши ожидания: это современное здание с дизайнерской отделкой (хайтек, а не золото). Очень чисто, прекрасные интерьеры, доброжелательные сотрудники. По русски мы не пытались разговаривать, но по английски легко объяснились. В номере очень чисто, туалетная комната чистая, сантехника новейшая, хорошая душевая кабина. Чистое белое постельное бельё хорошего качества, полотенца, мыло, гель, фен. За один день сложно судить о разнообразии завтраков вообще, но мы рассчитывали на более скромный. Завтрак был сытным, хороший выбор блюд, разнообразная еда, хороший зал. Удобно идти к главным достопримечательностям. Мы просто приятно прогулялись по улицам (находили 22000 шагов). Цена ”от стойки” конечно намного выше. Расположение очень удачное. Можно было доехать в новый аэропорт на автобусе, но мы воспользовались такси, т.к. на троих было лишь немного дороже по сравнению с тремя билетами на автобус. Очень рекомендую этот отель. Если посчастливится еще раз побывать в Стамбуле, постараемся остановиться именно тут.

This hotel is one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed in. The location was great, the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff could not do enough to help. All of the staff were lovely from the reception staff to the chefs who cooked whatever we requested, even if it was not on the menu. A special mention to Turan, Muracettin and Nisa. You all made our trip to Istanbul very special and we wish you all the best.

We (johnmaggie) had a great time. It’s just in the right area to explore the City. Staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The staff at cafe Zurich were amazing, they all enjoyed their job so much. I must mention Aynur who went above and beyond to give us the best holiday ever, this mixture of conscientiousness and intelligence is what every business needs. Thank you.

Prestige hotel Istanbul is one of the best hotels! I've travelled a lot, during the last 30 years and I've tried a lot of hotels in the world, from chalets in the mountains to 5 stars hotels in different cities, but Prestige hotel in Istanbul remains one of my favourites. I've stayed here many times and I will do the same in the future. The hotel is very clean, rooms are large and comfortable, bathrooms very well equipped. The staff is very friendly and you can feel Turkish hospitality. The breakfast is excellent! Thank you Prestige!
