Hotel berhampiran Hz. Osman (R.a.) Cami, Istanbul

Me and my Familiy reserve This Very Bad Hotel and we saw on Booking that the hotel in the price of accommodation offers breakfast in the price of accommodation! When we arrive im Hotel we like to get Shower, but in badroom we can make medium hot water! Water is too Cold or Too Hot! When you get shower you start wit hot Water and then is Too cold and then Too Hot! My god you just here some of my family member screeming from badroom! that morning when we arrived the guy at the front desk was constantly trying in various ways to take more money from us and trick us in any way! first he tried to charge us another night. we arrived around 6am 17.02am because our reservation is from 17.02pm to 21.02pm on the 4th night and the guy offered us to take a look at the Two Apartments because they were both free to decide which one to take and after our decision for the apartment we asked if we could enter to the room if she is free on what he said we can go in but in that case we have to pay 5th night! we didn't want him to agree and we said we would wait until it's time to check In but they should still somehow meet us since I'm with my daughter and little baby! in the end, he said that we could enter because we didn't want to pay anything extra! the first morning when we woke up we asked where breakfast is served and that same receptionist because he said they serve in the room that the price is 80TL per person! I then asked him how to pay for breakfast when that price of accommodation includes breakfast?!? he said that breakfast is still charged after which I decided to stay in the hotel only one night because after all the attempts to take more money in any way we all felt disgusted and we felt like we came to the lowest budget hotel. after this he said he would still send us breakfast but only for two even though we had booked for four people! we felt like some beggars to whom they gave it for alms even though we paid for it all! the access to the hotel is very bad and is located on a really big hill and it is far from the city center and all the big shopping malls and all the sights! This was really the worst experience of all the hotels where my family and I were. you will also see pictures showing all the correspondence with the people from this hotel who are extremely rude and hungry and who are trying to take your money in a hundred ways! I would tell everyone who comes to this hotel to be careful not to experience something like me and my family!

This is definitely a 5 star hotel! They always offer assistant even when not needed, they did not lack anything and I truly appreciate the receptionist. I enjoyed my stay and will come again. Esma and Olgun, and Emre, and the manager Huseyin were great, every time I went out and came back in they were ready to assisted. My room was always clean and had refreshments when I came back. Thank you very much!

It is very bad stay i will never forget the worse few nights i stayed there, it is terrible in all means starting from management to the lsmallest room attendees They rip people off as visitors should obtain positive confirmation from the hitel in order to allow to change the stay and will never refund . I never recommend this terrible hotel to anyone and should be removed from booking websites

Ich war schon in mehreren Hotels in der Stadt. Und ich schaue immer nach low budget Hotels, weil ich dort sowieso nur schlafe und dann gehe. Und bisher war es immer schlechter als man dachte. Aber bei diesem Hotel war ich mehr als zufrieden mit dem Zustand des Hotels selbst. Es ist zwar weiter weg vom Zentrum, aber mit der Metro oder Taxi erreicht man sowieso alles easy. Bis zur nächsten Metrostation sind es 20 min Fußweg. So wie der Manager des Hotels mor erzählt und anhand von Fotos auf seinem Handy gezeigt hat, wurde das Hotel vor einigen Monaten erst eingeweiht. Es ist also sehr neu. Soweit ich mich recht entsinne, ist es Anfang 2023 eröffnet worden. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schön und modern gemacht. Die Preise sind wirklich wunderschön. Ich habe für 6 Übernachtungen grade mal 150€ gezahlt. Ich war alleine übrigebs. Es ist nicht wirklich was los dort, die Menschen kommen, schlafen, essen und gehen Also ist es sehr ruhig. Auch die Umgebung ist ruhiger als im Zentrum. In der Nähe steht eine Moschee, aber die Wände sind so gut verdichtet, dass ich nicht von den Gebetsrufen am Morgen geweckt wurde. Die Aussicht aus meinem Fenster war einfach nur wunderschön! Ich war auf der 4. Etage. Man hat richtig schön die Skyline gesehen. Es gab 24 Std Rezeption👍 Und die Mitarbeiter waren soweit auch nett, mit einem der mitarbeiter und dem manager habe mich auch länger unterhalten. Jeden Tag wurde aufgeräumt und es was schön sauber. Bisher bestes low budget hotel👍👍

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

Perfect location in the old town of Sultanahmet. To the main attractions Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace you walk in 10/15 minute. Down to the seaside with a park and a walkway along the shore in 7 minutes. This small hotel is in a narrow sidestreet with little traffic. Rooms are a bit small buit nicely furnished and they are clean. Some with balcony facing the sea or terrace. Double glas windows to prevent the noise of the main steet below the hotel which is on the hillside. Good breakfast with a great variety and excellent view on the roof top. Keep in mind that this is the main tourist area of Istanbul where everything is expensive. There are many Restaurants in this place but you hardly find a breakfast for less than 10 Dollars. So all in all the Seatanbul is very good value for money. Mr. Kayhan at the reception speaks perfct english and is a very friendly and helpfull man. I highly can recommend this place.

Начну с того, что сейчас этот отель называется DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. Бронировала я пребывание на три ночи через букинг в номере делюкс. При заезде нам был выдан другой номер, не соответсвующий описанию и фото при бронировании. Вернулись к администратору с попыткой объяснить, что номер явно другой. Он долго искал наше бронирование, нашел, в итоге дал другой номер. Он был больше и по размеру походил на тот, что был на фото, но при этом не соответстовал внешне. При этом нам было сказано, что других номеров нет. В итоге, пришлось остаться в этом номере. Потом мы начали осматривать его более детально и оказались в легком шоке. Дело было то, в каком состоянии был сам номер: дверные наличники были отломаны, стены все покоцанные до основания, незакрепленная мойка, перетертый шланг для душа, кран, который держался на честном слове. Кран и вентилятор просто торчали из стены, над дверным проемом в ванной все было замазано цементом без какой-то отделки (все есть на фото). Полотенца грязные, с остатками губной помады, а также дырками. Постельное белье тоже было под вопросом. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак, который опять же оказался не таким, как на фото на букинге. Фото завтрака тоже прикреплено к отзыву. Основное там - это полбатона. На стойке регистрации работают арабы, которые по-английский знают пару слов, то есть изъясняться с ними крайне сложно. Ну, и напоследок вишенка на торте. Решили, что не выдержим тут три ночи и уедем после двух ночей. В итоге, администраторы отменили нашу бронь, когда мы выехали, и отправили на букинг информацию о том, что мы якобы не заехали. В общем, они просто обманывают людей! Я никому не рекомендую этот отель!

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast
