Lovely boutique hotel, can’t fault it for the price. We stayed in a budget room so the smallest one, which was good enough. Staff saw to all our needs and any requests and they were all very friendly. Would stay here again if I was to visit. Location was great- 10 min walk to metro, Tram line is even closer. ~25/30min walk to the bridge crossing the Bosphorus/eminonu and a similar walking distance to blue mosque area. The only things I’d say that would make the hotel itself better - a few door hooks in the bedroom & bathroom to hook on the towels. And an additional bin in the bedroom itself - there was only one in the bathroom. The AC wasn’t working during our stay but this wasn’t an issue for us as we could keep the window open. Overall a very good hotel and amazing price and location and would recommend to anyone

Mein Vater und ich haben dieses Hotel sehr kurzfristig für einen 3-Tage Besuch in Istanbul gebucht. Da wir für eine Übernachtung nur 30 € gezahlt hatten, waren unsere Erwartungen für das Hotel sehr gering. Wir waren über aus positiv überrascht, als wir von dem extrem freundlichen Hotelpersonal in unser äußerst sauberes Zimmer gebracht wurden. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt, Handtücher ausgetauscht usw. Das Badezimmer war sehr sehr sauber und neu! Absolut empfehlenswert - wir würden jederzeit wieder her kommen.

Hôtel neuf idéalement situé à proximité des sites touristiques : - Mosquée Sainte-Sophie et mosquée bleue ( à moins de 5 minutes à pied) - Grand Bazar 10 minutes à pied . - L’arrêt du tram T1 Sultanahmet qui mène aux autres grandes lignes touristiques est tout proche de l’hôtel . La chambre est moderne très bien équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable changement des draps serviettes , nettoyage … faits tous les jours et la literie est très confortable ( l’hôtel est situé dans l’une des rares rues calme de la ville ce qui est très agréable pour se reposer et bien dormir la nuit ) . Le petit déjeuner est excellent et diversifié avec des produits frais et de qualité servis dans un endroit très chaleureux et convivial . Top pour bien démarrer la journée ! Les employés de l’hôtel étaient fantastiques d’une très grande gentillesse et ont été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour . Il se sont montrés très disponibles à tous les niveaux et répondent à vos demandes avec la plus grande attention ( ils nous ont même organisé la réservation de taxi pour le retour à l’aéroport )🥰 Je reviendrai sans hésitation !

فندق نظيف وخدمة الواي فاي ممتازة، ويقع في منطقة هادئة، وقريب جداً من أحد محطات القطار لخط (Marmaray line) ومن هذه المحطة تصل إلى المحطة التي تليها مباشرة وهي محطة (يونيكابي) وهي محطة رئيسية يمر بها ثلاث خطوط من شبكة القطارات، قريب من البحر وكورنيش (زيتون برنو) لممارسة رياضة المشي أو ركوب الدراجة الهوائية عن طريق خدمة الاستئجار الذاتي، ويوجد عدة مناطق لألعاب الأطفال في الكورنيش، العديد من البقالات قريبة من الفندق مسافة ١٠ دقائق مشياً على الأقدام وكذلك يوجد أوت لت مول قريب من الفندق بنفس المسافة.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

With a stay at The Han in Istanbul (Sultanahmet), you'll be steps from Basilica Cistern and 4 minutes by foot from Hagia Sophia. This hotel is 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Grand Bazaar and 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from Blue Mosque.Make yourself at home in one of the 8 guestrooms.

HI - I have marked this as average for a couple of reasons - the first is that when you book this hotel online they do not tell you that there are 2 wings in the hotel facing each other - the first is one is the main only with suite rooms and the other one is called the ”deluxe” wing. Also they don't tell on the website what is different between the 2 wings - we booked the hotel through Makemytrip.com website where it was mentioned that the room size was 325 sq ft and advertised as a 5 star hotel. Believing the details we booked the hotel for 7 nights - now when we check in we find the following problems : 1. The room is barely 200 sq ft in size and very small 2. The floors are stained 3. The furniture is all scratched 4. There is supposedly a balcony which is dirty and walls are stained 5. The lobby of the so called 5 star hotel was like a 2 star small lobby. So we call the Guest Relationship executive and make the complaints that this is not a 5 start hotel room - it is not even a 2 star hotel room and the area is much smaller than advertised. He agrees with us but says he is helpless - so we ask to see the manager - the manager has perfected the art of making excuses - he tells us that the room is used daily so the furniture is damaged and the area of the room is as per the original plan which was passed although the actual size is small. We made a huge fuss and asked to be relocated to the other wing - so they showed us a suite room which was nice and we asked them to move us there - they said that this would cost us 90 euros per night extra - we negotiated and settled at euro 50 per night and paid euros 350 extra for the 7 nights. This wing is fine and service is also good. I am attaching the pictures of the room in the deluxe wing - please see for your self whether this can be called as a room of a 5 tsar hotel. The hotel really needs to be pulled up for false advertising and also MakeMyTrip should be pulled up for not verifying claims of the hotels they advertise on their website.

We really enjoyed our interaction with the respectable receptionist, Eren. His friendly and humorous nature instantly put us at ease. He even kindly offered us tea and allowed us to use the printer for our boarding passes. Such a welcoming attitude truly enhances the overall experience. However, this was our 6th stay at Leyanda Hotel since 2016, and we were disappointed with our experience in 2023. We noticed several areas where the hotel has regressed. First and foremost, the increased pricing didn't align with the value we received. Unfortunately, there were no perks or discounts offered for loyal customers, which was quite disheartening. The behaviour of the other receptionists during our stay was a stark contrast to Eren and our previous visits. They were rude, lacked basic manners, and seemed unwilling to assist with any of our requests. When we requested an extension of our stay at a discounted rate, we were quoted a higher price than what was available on ***********. One of the major letdowns was the breakfast. In previous years, it was a delightful spread with a wide variety of options. However, this time, it was notably limited, with an excessive focus on cheese and salad. While cheese can be enjoyable, we missed the variety of fruits, cakes, and hot items that were once offered. The use of large bowls instead of packaged jams and chocolate spreads made things messy and less appealing. Chipped tea cups were not expected, and the tea itself left much to be desired. It tasted like hot water and was clearly not brewed properly. Even the tea facilities in the room were lacking, with small disposable cups, unlike the proper tea cups found in most boutique hotels. Maintenance issues were prevalent throughout our room. One of the bedside lamps was missing. Additionally, a cupboard handle was also missing and it took a complaint to have one replaced. The bedside table had a broken glass, and a sharp edge posed a safety hazard. Finally, the shower gutter had a drainage problem, which resulted in water pooling during showers. It's our hope that these issues can be addressed to bring Leyanda Hotel back to the high standards we had experienced on our previous visits
