Hotel berhampiran Kurtuluş Meydan, Istanbul

Начну с того, что сейчас этот отель называется DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. Бронировала я пребывание на три ночи через букинг в номере делюкс. При заезде нам был выдан другой номер, не соответсвующий описанию и фото при бронировании. Вернулись к администратору с попыткой объяснить, что номер явно другой. Он долго искал наше бронирование, нашел, в итоге дал другой номер. Он был больше и по размеру походил на тот, что был на фото, но при этом не соответстовал внешне. При этом нам было сказано, что других номеров нет. В итоге, пришлось остаться в этом номере. Потом мы начали осматривать его более детально и оказались в легком шоке. Дело было то, в каком состоянии был сам номер: дверные наличники были отломаны, стены все покоцанные до основания, незакрепленная мойка, перетертый шланг для душа, кран, который держался на честном слове. Кран и вентилятор просто торчали из стены, над дверным проемом в ванной все было замазано цементом без какой-то отделки (все есть на фото). Полотенца грязные, с остатками губной помады, а также дырками. Постельное белье тоже было под вопросом. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак, который опять же оказался не таким, как на фото на букинге. Фото завтрака тоже прикреплено к отзыву. Основное там - это полбатона. На стойке регистрации работают арабы, которые по-английский знают пару слов, то есть изъясняться с ними крайне сложно. Ну, и напоследок вишенка на торте. Решили, что не выдержим тут три ночи и уедем после двух ночей. В итоге, администраторы отменили нашу бронь, когда мы выехали, и отправили на букинг информацию о том, что мы якобы не заехали. В общем, они просто обманывают людей! Я никому не рекомендую этот отель!

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

I stayed for 3 nights.It was overall very good.The staff name Mustafa is very nice.All other staffs are nice as well.Didn't have any problems.Very was easy to contact the lobby staff through WhatsApp.The breakfast is also suitable for vegans/vegetarians.Recommended for Solo comers.There is also a co-working place a d rooftop.Good for it's price 👍

Otelin konumu ve resepsiyon& housekeeping personeli çok güzeldi ancak kahvaltıdan memnun kalmadık. Çay- kahve ve çeşitlilik memnun etmediği gibi bir de yiyecekten istenmeyen birey cıktı. Kahvaltısız konaklamak daha iyi olurmuş. Civarda oldukça fazla seçenek var zaten. Oda da sigara kokuyordu.

Отличный отель, расположенный в самом центре всех основных достопримечательностей Стамбула. В 15 минутах набережная со всеми направлениями маршрутов. Египетский рынок, гранд базар и еще много всего. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Ресепшен-все доброжелательные. Завтраки-однообразные, но стандартные для турции. Отель рекомендую.

I stayed in a Single Economy Room and chose it based on the booking description - 12 square meters. The room turned out to be very small and could hardly moved once in, worse when I had to open the luggage and get things to use. Room amenities were sufficient. Room and bathroom were clean, but room size description could have been more honest. English of staff was generally not good, except for one night male staff. They responded to questions but not in a particularly enthusiastic manner. It was difficult to get recommendations. Breakfast was reasonable and F&B staff were attentive.

Loved this hotel. David on reception and all the staff were very helpful and attentive. Location was amazing,furthest we had to walk was Grand Bazaar which was 15 minutes. Citadel and Mosques 10 minutes tops. Rooms where not overly big(standard room) however had everything you needed from fridge,safe,mini bar etc.... House keeping was excellent, rooms were spotless. Trips. Would highly recommend Guru walking tour. Our guide was excellent,great sense of humour, very informative and a good pace. If you go to Mosques I would recommend a guided tour,not one of the big tours,which we had. If you can afford the extra cost get a one on one tour or definitely a tour that has a headset so you can hear clearly. If you don't like crowds stay away from the Grand Bizzar, that was mad. Personally I loved it,very different. Restaurants too many to name,choice is amazing within a 10 minute walk. Found the Turks very hospitable. Watch outs,not there where many. Passport control took us an hour to get through so if you have precooked a cab,like we did,see if they will wait,ours did not. Transfer time from airport to European side said 43 minutes by cab,allow 90 minutes,traffic is very very heavy. Hope you had a great a time as we did and thanks again to The Bentley Hotel 👏👏.

This review is based on a recent 4 nights stay in this hotel. It is not a very positive review and will most likely be followed up by a response from the hotel, so it is up to you to consider who you would like to trust. I normally have a large degree of empathy when travelling and staying at hotels all over the world, but this hotel crossed definitely my threshold I had arranged a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and was provided with details as to where to locate the agent outside the arrival at the airport. Went to the designated “agent” who had a list of customers needing rides to the city. However, my name was not on the list and therefore waited 10-15 to see if perhaps there would an update or another “agent”. Let me add that I had my phone in airplane mode to avoid the ridiculous high tele and roaming charges in Turkey, perhaps a mistake on my part but I was not expecting any problem catching a ride. Should be very simple. When the “agent” never showed up, I arranged my own transport to the hotel, and this is where the “fun” starts. I was immediately met by an angry receptionist who claimed that I had never showed up as agreed which is a lie and continued to claim that I showed no respect and was lying. We “settled” his continuous claims by splitting the fare from the airport to avoid my hotel bill being charged for this. And now to the room: How on earth can anyone sane person construct a bathroom floor that tilts away from the drain causing a flood in the bathroom and the door and doorstep become rotten from guests showering. You are “graciously” provided with a swap to clear the water but it takes at least 5 mins to clear the significant amount of water accumulated on the floor. I am curious to know if the bathroom has a watertight membrane under the floor to avoid leaking below. Should the guest really be doing this - just wondering and to the lack of authorisations required to perform this type of work. Seems to be done by an amateur. There is a bad un-identifiable smell in the room, most likely caused by the regular floods in the bathroom and it is impossible to sleep with the windows open due to noise from the streets. On top of that, the room is so small that is it impossible to move around without hitting the bed, the cupboard or a chair. The wire for the bedside lamps are stitched together with electrical tapes causing a potential fire hazard Again done by an amateur. In summary, here is my evaluation of the hotel: Positive: Good location within walking distance to major sites and plenty of restaurants Negative: Un-reliable shuttle service Flooding bathroom floor Poor smell in room Dangerous electrical wiring which is a fire hazard Noise from streets and adjoining rooms

Good location, right at Kadikoy centre where the action is, yet away from the crowds. Sound proofing to outdoor activities very good, so even the clothes vendors downstairs noises are not heard within the room. Staff very friendly and I got free upgrade to a balcony room. Room is spacious too with daily cleaning. Will stay here again next visit Istanbul.

First things first, the apartment is very nice and clean. Good ambience. Service is really ridiculous. All slippers were taken away after room service, and left us one pair of new one in a 2-bedroom family apartment. All phones don't come with extension numbers and directories. There's no way to call either the reception or housekeeping. I had to using roaming to dial international number to the hotel, and then, no one ever answered at the reception. Heck.
