Hotel berhampiran KUT -ÜL AMMARE CAMİİ, Istanbul

Staff very friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed our short stay very much, the hotel is a lot cleaner and nicer then the previous reviews state, so please don’t be put off by them. The location is only really for people who need to be in that particular area, I wouldn’t recommend the location for anybody who wants to do extensive tourism without using taxis (unless you know how to use Istanbul metro).

Secara kebetulan, apabila saya datang ke hotel itu kebetulan adalah operasi percubaan, dan hampir tiada tetamu semasa wabak itu. Apabila saya mula-mula mendaftar masuk, saya hampir seorang sahaja yang bersarapan setiap hari. Makan: Dalam tempoh masa ini, saya telah memesan semua dalam menu untuk rujukan anda. Jika tidak ada gambar, anda boleh mendaftar masuk. Saya terutama mengesyorkan salad daging lembu dan sayur-sayuran (dengan kacang hijau dan taugeh) dan MANTI Turki, ”NIHAO” juga bagus. Menginap: Hotel ini mempunyai pengalaman yang sangat baik dalam semua aspek. Bilik ini mempunyai ketuhar, mesin basuh, mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk, dsb., dan semua kemudahan adalah hampir serba baharu. Terdapat bilik aktiviti kanak-kanak khas; kawasan kecergasan adalah sangat besar, dan terdapat bilik berputar dan Pilates khas; kolam renang dalaman sangat indah, dan terdapat wap kering dan wap basah di bilik persalinan. Ia mungkin kerana operasi percubaan. Membeli-belah: Terdapat bangunan pejabat dalam masa 3 minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat makanan dan pasar raya kecil di tingkat bawah. Anda juga boleh membeli Starbucks untuk memperbaharui hidup anda. Jika anda berjalan selama 3 minit, anda boleh melihat 212outlet, yang boleh memenuhi semua keperluan membeli-belah. Jangan terlalu khusus tentang makan di Turki. Keseluruhan lantai adalah restoran di mana anda boleh makan, dan tidak banyak pilihan untuk perut Cina. Ia mengambil masa 10 minit untuk menaiki teksi dari hotel ke pusat membeli-belah Istanbul. Rasanya seperti pusat membeli-belah terbesar di kawasan ini. Rancangan asal tinggal di Turki selama 14 hari ditukar kepada 21 hari kerana tiada sesiapa dan penginapan terlalu selesa. Hari daftar keluar kebetulan adalah pembukaan rasmi hotel, dan rasanya saya tidak tahu. Untuk meminjam perkataan daripada pengurus besar: ”Restoran Cina sepatutnya dibuka apabila anda datang nanti.” Selepas terbang selama 13 jam, sudah pukul 5 petang ke San Francisco, dan akhirnya saya melampirkan matahari terbenam di negara bebas itu.

Busque hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Istambul y me recombedarn este. Queda a unos 15 minutos . El hotel nuevo muy bonito, limpio, atención muy buena por parte del personal Cama y almohadas de primera, muy cómodas. Desayuno fue muy completo y bueno. Lo recomiendo

I’m very impressed with the services provided by the staffs and management as this hotel service is awesome and I have a pleasant experience during my stay in the hotel even for a night stay due to transit in Istanbul to Singapore. They have a great location for staycation and sightseeing nearby Blue Mosque. It’s very convenient as they’ve airport transfer which is ready at anytime as my flight delayed upon arrival and departure as long you keep them updated. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel for their excellent service and accommodation with good value! Keep up the good work and wish to come back again next time. 🥗❤️😍🥰 🇹🇷

For years since the new airport opened, there was no hotel chain close to Istanbul airport so the only choices were Yotel at the airport itself or drive very far for a much better hotel at lower price but you pay for taxi and you waste time in the taxi. Now there is a middle ground solution: the new Hampton in Arnavutköy. The rooms are nice (even nicer than many Hilton Garden Inns) but they ruin it with a staff speaking rubbish at guests, and poor design. First of all, upon arrival there is no reception, it's the restaurant. It's a long walk in a narrow aisle with tables on one side and the buffet on the other side, finally you reach reception and farther away, the elevators. So in the morning there is constant traffic with people with luggage crossing the entire restaurant to go take a taxi – I am sure some guests bang into each other and spill food and drinks on occasion at this hotel; I have never seen such poor hotel design. Anyway I am not going to Hampton brand hotel for the breakfast so I could overlook this aspect. The room types at this hotel are king or twin (cheapest), and king+sofabed or twin+sofabed (only a bit more expensive). I booked the regular twin. Upon arrival, as Hilton Diamond I did not receive any upgrade and given keys to the regular twin room. Not that I cared much for only 1 night but I asked if the room types with sofa bed are bigger, or if all room types are the same size. I was told all same size. So I stuck with my room and went upstairs. I arrived in the room and I was surprised how small it was. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that a sofabed could possibly fit. Nice room, but just small. I went back to reception and asked what room size is this and how can a sofa bed could fit. Another receptionist told me rooms with sofa bed are double the size: 33 sqm vs 16 sqm. I was not overly pleased at the first guy because by then we were settled in the room and his wrong answer was the ONLY reason I did not ask if an upgrade was possible as Hilton Diamond. Hampton brand hotels are not even obligated to upgrade Hilton Diamond guests as per Hilton terms and conditions, but it this case it was not the point. Then he told me upgrades are not possible because they are sold out. I showed him my phone which showed availability, he said it's not possible, Hilton must make a mistake. Easy to blame Hilton but bottom line a guest could have booked a room with sofabed on the spot and then what? They would tell a guest sorry we will downgrade you? Then he said they have one such room but it's out of commission (king + sofa). Never mind that I had booked twin + sofa so upgrade to twin+sofa would have been possible so he was focusing on the wrong issue anyway just to win an argument. Anyway it was a lot of rubbish coming out of their mouths and a conversation was clearly pointless so I wanted to end it, then the receptionist said to apologize the GM would give me a discount for a future stay. Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast

Начну с того, что сейчас этот отель называется DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. Бронировала я пребывание на три ночи через букинг в номере делюкс. При заезде нам был выдан другой номер, не соответсвующий описанию и фото при бронировании. Вернулись к администратору с попыткой объяснить, что номер явно другой. Он долго искал наше бронирование, нашел, в итоге дал другой номер. Он был больше и по размеру походил на тот, что был на фото, но при этом не соответстовал внешне. При этом нам было сказано, что других номеров нет. В итоге, пришлось остаться в этом номере. Потом мы начали осматривать его более детально и оказались в легком шоке. Дело было то, в каком состоянии был сам номер: дверные наличники были отломаны, стены все покоцанные до основания, незакрепленная мойка, перетертый шланг для душа, кран, который держался на честном слове. Кран и вентилятор просто торчали из стены, над дверным проемом в ванной все было замазано цементом без какой-то отделки (все есть на фото). Полотенца грязные, с остатками губной помады, а также дырками. Постельное белье тоже было под вопросом. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак, который опять же оказался не таким, как на фото на букинге. Фото завтрака тоже прикреплено к отзыву. Основное там - это полбатона. На стойке регистрации работают арабы, которые по-английский знают пару слов, то есть изъясняться с ними крайне сложно. Ну, и напоследок вишенка на торте. Решили, что не выдержим тут три ночи и уедем после двух ночей. В итоге, администраторы отменили нашу бронь, когда мы выехали, и отправили на букинг информацию о том, что мы якобы не заехали. В общем, они просто обманывают людей! Я никому не рекомендую этот отель!

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.
